This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer rep was extremely courteous and helpful which has always been my experience at this location. They have always taken great care of my vehicles throughout the years.

Recharged review
One of the absolute most positive experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I appreciated the time they spent with us the non-pressure sales and then explaining the technology to first time EV owners you cannot go wrong picking from this dealership would buy from them again.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
They had me sitting in the showroom for a good chunk of the afternoon because finance was backed up two deals ahead of mine. The chairs are not comfortable, fyi. But nobody rushed the actual paperwork when my turn came and the out the door price matched what we'd talked about, down to the dollar. Compass is running great.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Honestly wasn't sure I'd buy from a small town lot, figured the selection would be thin and the prices padded. It was the opposite. They had three of the exact trim I was after, which the bigger place off 81 couldn't manage, and the pricing was already where I'd have negotiated to. I did push a little on the doc fee out of habit and got nowhere, which is fair enough. Whole thing took a Saturday morning.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I read every review I could find before driving over here, the good ones and the one star rants, because those tell you more. Mostly what people said was that the process is boring and nothing weird happens, and honestly that matched my day exactly. Test drove two, picked one, financed through them because their rate beat my bank by a hair. Nothing dramatic to report and that's the compliment.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Truck's fine and the price was honest, but the delivery got pushed twice because of something with the title from the previous owner. Three extra days of driving my brother in laws car. They were apologetic about it and it eventually sorted itself out. Would still shop here, jsut wanted to be accurate.
