3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I had to get a lot of work done on my car -a Fiat 500 L- New headlight, oil change, back brakes, new tires… Scott was very friendly, super helpful, and respectful. He explained in simple terms what I needed and when The repairs were complete, Rolando washed my vehicle and scraped the shoe polish message from my back window. Larry was super cool when he brought my vehicle out. I really enjoyed the waiting room because they had on some old cowboy show and had a library full of books we customers could read. Cookies and coffee made the wait great. When my car had to be in for much longer to get the brakes fixed, I got a great loaner car, a Fiat Abarth Turbo. Overall, highly recommended. Fiats always come with a little sticker shock so that was to be expected.

I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

I’m an older gentleman so new tech will take some time for me to get use to. Bobbie told me if I need him to just come up and we can go over the tech until I’m comfortable. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer `we will make it happen?. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Today we bought a 2012 Toyota Highlander from Bob Allen. We were a little nervous at 1st since this is a smaller dealership. We called beforehand to ask them to hold the vehicle until we got here to view. Many other far distance large dealerships we called refused to hold. It was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had hands down. These are super guys to work and was worth the 4 hour drive. We will definitely refer others.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

The waiting area and showroom are small but they are friendly, helpful and trustworthy.

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. As soon as I was greated by Anthony I knew this was the place to be. Me and my wife went in not really sure if we wanted to buy a car because at every other dealership we had been to the salesman where really pushy and seemed like they didn’t care about me as a customer. But the way we were treated as soon as we walked in made us feel as if we knew Mr Anthony from a long time ago . Even though he is a really young man he is very knowledgeable and very respectful. I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

September 5 I finially found the car I was looking for,a 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack with Shaker.I found the car on the internet and contacted them,they responded actually very fast.The next day we had an appointment and they had the car waiting.The salesman name was Vegas.I was invited for a test drive.We had a time we had to leave because of an doc visit.The paperwork was done in a very timely manner and the finance guy was very friendly.I had never been to this dealer before or even been to Lansing so this visit to the area and to this dealership was very pleasing.I’m looking forward to visiting more.
