Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

A great place to buy a car. No berrer place in town for repair or maintenance work.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

No complaints from me. Nice selection of used vehicles and fair priced. I would shop there again in the future.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Emma was / is great. Answered questions and looked up the answer if she didn't know. The dealership is clean and willing to make things right without the games you find at other used car shops. They inspect and fix the little things owners sometimes let go. Good experience.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Best experience ever in buying a vehicle! To start with I was interested in a truck at the Fon Du Lac dealership and after texted them my interest I received a call within an hour. I told her (forgot name) I lived in Minocqua so she kindly said they could transfer it up here if I put down a minimal down payment. Within days it was delivered here at the Minocqua dealership. From this point on I had the pleasure of dealing with Ansen who was very professional, informative, courteous, and patient with me (I am extremely hard of hearing). As I was in the process of selling my personal vehical he put a two week hold on there vehicle which I can’t thank The Lenz dealership enough for doing that. They even went further as my bank put a 7 business day hold on the check I received for my vehicle and let me take the vehicle with a post dated check. Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

The customer service is fantastic. The service they provide is wonderful they always may sure you are updated all while the work is being done.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.
