Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

I had a good experience buying my HR-V at Auto Lenders of Exton. Joe, who sold me the car, was helpful and friendly, and not too pushy. According to TrueCar the vehicle was priced fairly, plus there was an additional discount because it had been on the lot a while. Auto Lenders was also fine with me driving the car over an hour away to get a pre-purchase inspection done by my mechanic, which was not the case at all of the dealerships that I checked out before buying from Auto Lenders. There are also some nice service benefits and an engine guarantee if I keep taking the car to Auto Lenders for service, which is reassuring. As long as you’re ok with the no-haggle policy, I recommend Auto Lenders of Exton, and Joe Clark, for a smooth car-buying purchase.

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Denise and Tony went into action when I heard they weren’t making the ford edge anymore. So I talked to them and told them the color and other features I wanted well they found me an Edge and I absolutely love it. They did a wonderful job and a good price. Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Had to take my 2022 Trax in for a problem with the rear window washer spray nozzle not working. The wiper was operating but no washer fluid was spraying out when needed. Found that the supply line was chewed open by probably a mouse that somehow made its way into the rear headliner. Not a warranty covered issue, but it was suggested to try to have the repair covered by my insurance. I checked with my agent and it was a covered repair. Made a 2nd appointment to have it fixed and was also offered a loaner vehicle since it may take awhile and I don't live real close to Outten. Car was repaired same day, and oil change also done. I have been reimbursed by my insurance so I was pleased with the repair and end result. This is a vehicle I am leasing from Outten.

Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper.
