N never had a problem about it used and it was a farm truck. It's a little rusty but it runs its butt off but having problems with the electrical in the steering column . Need to get it fixed

5+ years ago I leased and serviced a car from them. My experience was great. I since bought a car elsewhere and went to a couple of other places to get it serviced due to where I worked. I wish I would have stayed at Runde. One of the places I went to was a dealership in Dubuque. They were horrible. I highly recommend Runde! They pick up your car even just for an oil change, they are organized, and remember the mileage sticker in the window. They are so pleasant to work with. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! Taylor was thorough when selecting options and when I picked up the vehicle was knowledgeable going through the vehicle.   He certainly went the extra mile to answer additional questions I had regarding towing capacity a few weeks after the purchase. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Took 2021 forester for warranty work on electronics - Riley Subaru was beyond expectations. Their representatives were attentive, respective (of my lack of knowledge), and very very helpful. Everytime I turned around someone was there to answer my questions. EXCELLENT personal.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

Drove a couple hours to look at a used Tahoe, had emailed Mitch about it before going. When arriving the Tahoe was brought up front and we test drove it. Went back and they checked out some concerns,purchased the Tahoe and it all went very smooth. Mitch is a stand up guy that does what he says.Had concerns when getting it home and he once again took care of the issues. this vehicle met my needs with a good turning ratios and the backup camera made it easier to see the rear areas and was pleasure to drive in the city or the open four lane highway fuel mpg for this full size van and cargo consistent mpg

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

Quick communication. They were able to get me the information I asked for and worked with me to secure the vehicle I wanted. At the dealership, it was quick and the staff was very friendly.

After some long thought, I traded my 2000 Ram 2500 diesel for a like new 2014 Ram 2500 diesel longbed 4X4 last March. The truck averaged 20MPG which was nice, but my only wish was for some payload capacity. Since Ram went to coil springs this truck was rated at only 1970 lbs, which meant it could not haul a slide in camper or a fifth wheel safely. I should of done a little more research. So after 10 months of ownership, I traded it in on a 2018 Ram Dually so i can haul. So basically these new 2500 Rams are a mini van, unless you pull a trailer.

I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesmen Quad Cab with the 5.7L Hemi. This is the 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 I’ve owned and this is the first new one I’ve ever purchased. Buying new is a whole new experience. Anyone who says buying new is a bad idea and you should buy a car a couple of years old; has clearly never purchased new. This truck is amazing, we tow the jet skis just fine on the weekends and it’s my grocery getter, 9-5er on the weekdays. It’s my stand down you clown this is my lane and your entry fee is a blinker, I’ve got that Hemi power with an 8 speed transmission to hold it down. It’s my hauling precious cargo, to laying rubber because the wife still digs the burnouts. It’s a 4 door safe zone for the family with a bed full of camping gear or an early morning ride with backpacks and lunches. Either way this trucks never let me down and when they all go electric (because they will one day) I’ll buy one of them too. You can’t go wrong with Hemi powered Ram!

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Had them treat my Ram 1500 with Corrosion Free rustproofing. Katlyn answered all my questions by email and set up the appointment. I believe they did a very thorough job as it took them nearly 4 hours. They also supplied me with a loaner car to use while they worked on my truck.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

I read the other reviews and was a little skeptical. Well, I can tell you they must be under new/different/better management because non of those old opinions were true!!! Honest, accurate, fast, and polite! Old car dealership methods are dead. New style when people truly come first are here and hopefully to stay. Thank you all!

I needed a 1 ton dually truck as I have a 34 foot Eliminator SS Continental and a 28 foot Eliminator SS race trailer, both are heavy as they are outfitted as mobile shops. We maxed the 28 out moving the shop and the truck pulled like a freight train. I have 17,000 miles on the odometer zero issues and a respectable return in fuel economy 13-14.5 considering how much in town driving we end up doing and how heavy the truck is so roughly what a 1/2 ton V8 gas truck gets. I bought the Big Horn CC 4X4 Dually with the Blackout Package body in white. The paint is good holds wax and shines nicely when clean. I got the 12" touchscreen and the Alpine 9 speaker system with the subwoofer and it is a worthy expense as it actually sounds better than the Harmon Kardon system in the wife's Durango RT Premium, she's jealous. I got 4:10:1 rear with the AISIN Transmission, I could have waited for the TorqueFlight and the additional 75 ft. Lbs of Torque with the 2025 model but I don't like experimenting with 1st year engines and Transmissions, I've had the experience. Plus we got a really great deal that with comparable options 2024 GM and Fords were more money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one but I plan on retiring with this truck, it's a good one! The dealership and factory support are great, I've never had a problem getting anything done within reason and warranty items are no questions asked unless you chipped up your truck. These trucks don't need anymore than what they came with, @1,000 lbs. ft Torque. The post 2019 Cummins 6.7 requires synthetic oil but consider the fact that oil changes can extend two times or more of conventional oil and the benefits pay off. I would not hesitate to recommend this truck.

Bought many cars from this dealer over the years mostly because we can count on them to do the right thing. An informed customer can be reasonably assured that they will get a fair price, respectful treatment, honest and straight-forward information, and most importantly they they will do what they said they would do.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.
