Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I seriously have too much to write in a review about my experience over the last 4 year of trying to purchase this new vehicle. But I am going to forego all that and get to the point?. I have just taken delivery of a new a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500, Denali, 4WD, Crew Cab-Short Box purchased from Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC, 420 W Southline Street, Cleveland Tx 77372 281-761-7029. Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC is a Family own busine run This purchase makes my 5th Special order vehicle I have purchased in my life. Each and every time, I sat down to do the numbers, you leave the dealership with your head spinning as to the stuff they try to incorporate into your Sales Agreement. NOT this time, Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC did everything that I was expecting. First, let me tell you I had the Dream team working on my behalf. Shout out to; Janet Martin- Vice President, Efrain Salazar ? Sales Manager, JC Phillips ? Finance Manager and MOST important; Justin Allen ? Sales Specialist who work with me for over two years to get my new vehicle. The amount of time to get the vehicle was of no fault of this dealership, it was General Motors, Covid, Part Shortages and anything else you can think of. However, Justin Allen, walked that walk with me to make sure I was up to date on all information I needed. He listened, he heard and he was there every time I had a question, worry or concern. Thank you Justin Allen. On May 15th, I got a call from Justin saying your new truck has just arrived, come on up and get it. Of course, we went thru all that sale process at this time and I can tell you I was not pressure and being a numbers guy, all their number was what I had gone in with. The Sales manager made she I was okay with the numbers and the Finance guy did not beat me over the head trying to sell me things I didn?t want. Note: this was my 4th order of this new vehicle, twice before with different GMC dealerships who at the end of the process was inflating their number much more than I was going to do. I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

It may be pure coincidence, but we took the car in for service: oil change, tire alignment, plus a special item regarding the front passenger door, and it came back with a dead battery. We literally brought it home, parked it for the night, and it was dead in the morning...

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

Ive been taking my little work horse chevy trax into Martin for years now and I must say I think the only reason its ran that long its because of them. Every time I'm in the shop for a quick oil change or something more major they are always there to help and clear with a solution they really make the process simple and easy. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced
