3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I had an amazing experience with Ms. Dorena she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took her time and made sure I understood everything. She Even got my payments to the amount that I was comfortable with. This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Had issues with our vehicle, brought it to their repair shop determined it wasn't worth fixing, so they gave me more than market value credit towards a awesome used sedan and got me below the payment I needed to be at. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

My Husband and I have been looking for him a truck for about a year now. We checked practically ever where and then all of a sudden, I remember Marty, our cousin, use to buy his trucks from a guy named Tommy Parker in Blenheim so I look it up on line.....website very easy to browse and within a few minutes, there it was dancing on the computer monitor hollering at us....what took you so long....I have been waiting on you. So we loaded up and went for a road trip to Blenheim. Although as we arrived, it was closing time but we asked if we could just look at it for a minute. They were more than willing to open any and all gates and when we looked at the truck, we knew it was the one.

Ive bought numerous cars over the years but have never felt the need to write a review until now. After shopping online for awhile I found the exact car I wanted at Parkers . Gave them a call and spoke with Tommy Parker the owner,its like talking with a family member ! Drove over two hours to their dealership only to be greeted by Tommy himself sitting outside with my new to me car sitting there waiting . I will just tell you, this was the most pleasant ,easiest, best car buying experience I have ever had. Such nice people are hard to find in this day and age when purchasing a vehicle.Usually its some high pressure salesman pushing you like crazy,you wont find anything like that here. I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Once again took my vehicle to have an oil change at Crossroads Ford of Lumberton. I had some questions about recalls and Anthony was able to answer all my questions. It had also been a few months and he recognized me right away.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.
