I bought my first truck here and will always be a returning customer. Friendly Small town staff. Not pushy at all. James is a great guy and always helpful. There selections change often and their customer loyalty is very high, so most vehicles don't last very long. If you see a deal you may want to get it fast or it will be gone.
With any used car selection, check the vehicle throughly. I didn't have any major issues but you never know with a used vehicle. That's with any used dealership. About a week after my purchase I thought something major was wrong with my truck. I took it back in and had James look at it. He quickly noticed something wrong so he took it to nearby shop. A few lug nuts were loose. Nothing major. It was scary but he got it taken care of and apologized that it had happen. I had the truck for a week so I highly doubt it was something that was their fault. But, hey that got me taken care of!

Having bought three vehicles there, two used and latest one new. Traded my 2005 Ram in on a new 2011 Ram Express, and got more trade in than I paid for the truck when I bought it. Had very few issues to need the service department, but every time they have done fine. Even took my son's truck there for a warranty issue his dealer wasn't able or willing to fix, and they took care of him. Ready to buy an SUV for wifey, and I bet Bowmans get my business again.
I went to look at a Jeep they had for sale and they were great! They didn't push me into anything and they were very nice and helpful! Didn't purchase the Jeep but will go back to Bryan Bowman when looking for a Jeep again!
We purchased a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country van from Bowman Jeep, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge on February 21, 2008. It had started to snow lightly about an hour before we arrived at Bowman in North Vernon, IN which is about 85 miles south of our home in Indianapolis, In. The dealership gave us fair price for our trade-in and fair price on the van we purchased. When we prepared to leave, the weather had turned into a major winter storm and manager said that couldn't drive to Indianapolis and insisted that we spend the night in a motel at their expense. The salesman guided us through the storm to the motel.
I recently went to look at a vehicle at this dealership and had an overall very good experience there. The vehicle that I saw advertised was still available and was very competitively priced with lower than average miles. Small family owned lot is nice and has good customer service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that I went to look at and it was a very painless transaction.

I had been looking for a car that would meet my needs and also my budget. I had been to other dealers and they either sold the car before I got there or it did not meet my expectations. I even had one dealer that couldn't find the car on their lot. Then on the internet I saw a 2007 Ford Escape with only 83thousand miles and was within my budget parameters. I called and went down to see it. I was at the dealership about an hour and a half and drove my car home. I gave them all my information, drove the car, and was treated with respect. I appreciate the way I was treated, I gave them all my information and when it came time to sign and buy, I called my husband we discussed the deal and he went down after work and signed the papers. I was so pleased with the level of respect I was shown, in a male dominated area, (or so it seems to me, from prior experience) that is a rare quality, I give the highest rating. Thank you Bob Hult .
Excellent experience with Larry in the sales department! Honest, straightforward and gave me a great deal on an AWESOME car that I adore. I drove an hour away and was worth every mile. We went in there with knowing what we wanted and he respected that. GOT to the finance guy and he also worked in a fast friendly manner. We had no hassle that day.
