OK...you really don't have to leave your house to purchase a car / truck anymore. Case in point....I found a Chevy 1500 pickup with literally everything I was looking for. Great rust free body, non-AFM V-8, low miles, two wheel drive, a simple little pickup. Well, here we go...Found the truck I was looking for on-line but lo and behold, the dealer (Bob Lueger GMC in Jasper Indiana) was over 350 miles away from my home in Michigan. What the heck, I contacted the dealer (and my excellent salesman Dallas Jenkins) and inquired about the truck. Told him what I'd like and over a couple of phone calls, Dallas provided a great deal. Now I have no idea why a person in Indiana has a first name of "Dallas" but what do I know? Anyway, the sale went through flawlessly and I arranged the transport while Dallas watched over the sale. Fabulous. Can't speak more highly of this Dealership and my salesman Dallas Jenkins. First time I bought a vehicle over the internet and I can only imagine shady dealerships messing with a potential buyer, but I can say that Bob Luegers GMC dealership is the real deal and a very honest and cooperative dealership (THANK YOU DALLAS). 2024 RAM 2500 Limited Crew Cab 4x4 6'4' Box review
I bought this truck used from the dealer.
I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.
