The people are very friendly and helpful. They work to try to get the best deal. The people I worked with understood the details of the vehicle. The finance department took a bit longer than expected, but then again, it is the finance group that brings it all together.

This has been the second best experience on buying a new car from Alex Wier. He took his time and was so very patient with us. I will continue to buy my next Toyota vehicle from Joe Myers Toyota. Usually it feels creepy walking into a dealership, but this place was very comfortable.

Polite no haggling staff, team should be commended for their service. I did an online appraisal and was happy with the offer. I went to the dealer to have truck inspection, within an hour truck was sold, paid off and I was done.

As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.

Ryan W. helped us from the very beginning when I sent an e-mail inquiring about the availability of a used 2018 Ford F-150, that was listed on the Ryan Ford Dealership webpage, all the way through the purchase. Ryan W. was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, super easy to talk with or ask questions, no pressure. It was just like talking with a friend! Their clean, reasonably priced vehicles almost sell themselves! Westley walked us through the documents and paperwork, service options for the vehicle, again hassle free and quickly! I think that from the time of our arrival to leaving the dealership was under three hours, including my three test drives that account for at least a half hour of that time and also includes them prepping and cleaning the truck for me to drive home. It looked like a showroom model including the engine compartment! I would say to consider Ryan Ford (17 years in business, family owned, I believe?) if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, watch the Ryan Ford webpage for their inventory. Then go visit them in Sealy, Texas and drive home in your new or used vehicle like we did! It was worth taking the ride outside of Houston for us! Got off to a rocky start, but the sales team and sales manager were accommodating and treated me with respect. The finance manager didn't oversell and got me the products that I needed. Would recommend again.

We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.
