Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

Juan was great to work with! Followed up a few days later was nice! Facility was nice, liked the car that I purchased. Would refer a friend! Though I was talking to somebody else on the phone and had an appointment that gentleman was not available. Don?t know what happened to him. Wasn?t sure if it was an AI thing, which, if it was, I didn?t like that approach.

I love how friendly they were and how they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the car and in the car and that this was the car we were choosing. One thing I liked about the dealership was the communication most dealerships. They are wanting to sell you a car and this dealership wanted to sell a car but also was very communicative when it came to telling us what it was that was gonna happen. I really like how they took the time to not only make sure we knew what was going on, but to help us along the way. This is a dealership that I will recommend to all of my friends or to anyone I know that needs a car. I already have recommended it to a couple of the people I know.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

Dealership experience was fine. I have a few suggestions to make it better. 1. Have the car I was scheduled to view washed before I arrive. Second suggestion is to have more gas in the car as I was only able to drive a few miles before I had to stop to get gas. Other than that the experience was fine, people nice, car pretty much as described.

I purchased a used car here at a very reasonable price. Shortly after arriving in the U.S., they were very polite to me even my English communication skill is not so good. They were so quick to maintain my car!! I've had many bad experiences at other car dealer in the US but not with Albo Auto Sales! My four wheel drive truck has a Cummins diesel. It is quiet, probably more powerful than needed, comfortable, and gets great fuel economy. Bought it for taking trips and being able to drag along any toy I can think of. It tows everything I own and the truck hardly notices the additional load.
