Dana, Bill, Eddy, and Christina were all helpful, kind, patient, and accommodating. I negotiated with Dana almost exclusively on the phone, a lot of dealers won?t work with you unless you come in. I met Bill and immediately felt like I knew him for ten years. Great person, very knowledgeable about the cars, he spoke with my wife, my mother, myself, and my kids. A pleasure every time. Eddy was friendly, quick, efficient, and personable. And Christina went the extra mile to help my mom with an issue. Can?t say enough positive things about our experience. Every member of the staff that we dealt with was professional and courteous and whenever the next time we?re in the market for a Chevy arises, this will be our first stop.

Searched for a long time for the best price on a Ford Transit work van. Moters Trust kept popping up from a price perspective, but it is 60 miles to Miami. After going to an "authorized car dealer" based on an internet price and seeing unexpected charges (to be kind), I left. The second choice was to check out this place in Miami. Mandy provided straight forward answers to the questions, showed the vans and provided the best price available. The price was as advertised and below the lowest blue book price and had unexpectedly nice features, etc. The competitive dealer fee was as expected and nothing compared to the crazy added stuff from a car dealer. I would recommend this dealer to my friends. Note: The dealer I tried first was not a Ford dealer, it was another brand way not close to the purchase location. Also, this was a cash sale for advertised price, not a financed purchase.
