Searched for a long time for the best price on a Ford Transit work van. Moters Trust kept popping up from a price perspective, but it is 60 miles to Miami. After going to an "authorized car dealer" based on an internet price and seeing unexpected charges (to be kind), I left. The second choice was to check out this place in Miami. Mandy provided straight forward answers to the questions, showed the vans and provided the best price available. The price was as advertised and below the lowest blue book price and had unexpectedly nice features, etc. The competitive dealer fee was as expected and nothing compared to the crazy added stuff from a car dealer. I would recommend this dealer to my friends. Note: The dealer I tried first was not a Ford dealer, it was another brand way not close to the purchase location. Also, this was a cash sale for advertised price, not a financed purchase.

The company bought 2 vans from Motors Trust. As a business the purchases are the exception not the rule but Andres and Mary and the staff there were professional and handled our corporate transaction better than the franchise dealer we dealt with a few months back. From the time I contacted the dealership about the car I eventually purchased, they were responsive and helpful. I drove 768 miles to make the purchase they didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. the vehicle was cleaned and ready for the test drive. The paperwork was ready I was done in 35 minutes and back on the road for the drive back. Ray Lugo is a class act, my only complaint was a rear panel was loose inside the passenger compartment that should have been taken care of, I noticed it once I was on the road but it was an easy fix and a great car.
