They even arranged for us to get the front windows tinted promptly before heading home. EXCELLENT experience from start to finish!!!

I recently purchased a Subaru Forester a commuter car. The car was exceptionally clean and the lowest mileage unit within 20m miles. The purchase was seamless from the test ride to the closing. I did however have an issue with the AC, which was covered immediately. My wife also purchased her 3rd vehicle for them, a 2021 Toyota Rav4. She traded a RC350 getting above book because of mileage and condition. I wouldn't buy a used vehicle from anyone other than Sullivan Auto Trading in the Mid Atlantic area.

There is really no other vehicle like this on the road. It’s ride quality is great. It’s quiet, fast and off-road capable. The interior design of the cabin is excellent and tasteful. It’s the epitome of form plus functionality.

The listed price is the price and there aren't any added fees after the fact, not even a doc fee. I'm sure it is built in to the price, but knowing what you will spend up front is a breath of fresh air. I worked with Michael Cain and Darren Plants. The R1S has exceeded every expectation I had and it was absolutely worth the wait. I’ve owned/driven RangeRover, X5s/X7s, SQ5/SQ7, modelX and MBGLS and none are as enjoyable or functional as the R1S. I honestly don’t know where to start with how pleased I am with the final product. The car looks amazing and the interior is super comfortable for any road-trips. No range anxiety here. Travel to our getaway home for 260miles without a worry. :) The storage throughout is amazing. The ride itself is just FUN. The functionality hits all the marks and the tech is simple and effective. Everything ya need and nothing ya don’t. Going 0-60 in ~3seconds in a 7,000lb car is comical but awesome. Then simply gliding along the highway in “conserve” mode makes road trips a breeze. I’ve yet to encounter a car that offers the full package like this and I’m super excited to see what the future holds for Rivian. Of course I need to have some fair criticisms, and that would be the placement of the doorknob on the interior. Just a weird low spot that is annoying. Then of course the maps they use are not as easy as Apple Car Play. Hopefully that changes in future OTAs, but other than that. NO COMPLAINTS - It’s officially our family hauler and waiting for it was the best decision I could’ve made for a new car .

I just bought another car from Joe and I’m annoyed at the bad review..... Myself and my family are life long clients. You more than likely caused the head issue because you overheated it after loosing to much coolant. Radiators always fail with mileage. It’s always easy to blame dealers for your own stupidity. Secured is great and the 2 that own it are awesome. I’ve lost count of how many cars we’ve bought from them. Out of those 1 car has had multiple issues. Guess what..... that’s the chance you take buying a used car. Don’t listen to the one bad review. These guys ALWAYS get me the very best interest rates and they bend over backwards to make me happy. I wouldn’t trust anybody else. Thank you again Eli and Joe you guys are AWESOME!!!!

Had the pleasure of working with Nick at CarNu Sales earlier this month on a 2000 triple black Corvette, six-speed manual, well optioned and extremely well maintained by 2 previous owners. Nick was a stand-up guy in every respect. After a test drive, I submitted a short list of items needing attention, which Nick took care of without delay - all items were satisfactorily resolved. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. They don't have a mechanic on staff but he took it a nearby Chevy dealer for a pre-buy inspection, which came back without issues. It's easy to see why there are so many positive reviews for CarNu; from my perspective, they very quietly attend to customer satisfaction and do everything they said they would do - can't ask for a better purchasing experience. I live in NJ and Nick handled all temporary title & registration requirements very professionally. If there's a car you're interested in at CarNu, do yourself a favor and go talk with them. They're totally fair, honest, and respectful.

The way it should be, no exceptions. Did they jump through hoops? NO! Did they offer me a drink? NO! Did they call me a week later to ask how I was enjoying my purchase? NO! They did the basics and only what they were getting paid to do. Still waiting 2 weeks plus to here back from service. You wanted my review, you got it!
