I didn't purchase my Jetta from this dealership but I almost did and wish I did at the time but I wasn't ready at the time. I appreciated the low price offered. I appreciate only dealing with one salesperson even through the finance process. They were super friendly and not pushy and definitely didn't use the old sleazy dealership sales model of the past that most dealerships stand by. I recommend going to see them for your purchase if you want it to be pleasant.

There is really no other vehicle like this on the road. It’s ride quality is great. It’s quiet, fast and off-road capable. The interior design of the cabin is excellent and tasteful. It’s the epitome of form plus functionality.

High quality dealership with great personnel. We worked with Yevgeniy who was very knowledgeable about the Polestar, low key about the process without any of the "old school" high pressure dealership practices that is old and full of xx. The process was completely straightforward with all costs being laid out in advance with now non of the "hidden fees" nonsense of other dealers. The price is as shown without any negotiatin, along with a small document fee of $85, tax and registration. What a great way to purchase a car. The whole process took less than two hours and we bought a lovely car. We also met with Troy Johnson, who was one of the first employees in the company who provided us the final paperwork. Absolutely great experience buying a car this dealership. We are near San Francisco so we're able to take some test drives. Every car they offer was detailed to the hilt. The staff was super friendly and informative. We got a very satisfactory deal on a low milage EV. Everything from test drive to out the door was low street and about as seamless as I have ever experienced. Highly recommended!

I originally ordered an R1S in Jan 2021 and waited nearly 3.5 years for it to be ready. When they first opened up test drives I nearly canceled my order due to the ride quality of the early builds. However, once it became time to take delivery, the software improvements drastically changed the character of this truck. It honestly sealed the deal given how much better it was, and there was yet another release to address ride quality after delivery which turned this into an extremely comfortable vehicle—on par with the X7, Q7, etc… The air suspension is truly a boon to the capabilities and ride quality as well. Ride quality aside, the performance is unbelievable both in terms of handling and acceleration, especially given the size and weight. On top of that, the ability to go from sport mode and a 3s 0-60 to off road mode with nearly 15” of ground clearance really puts this vehicle in a league of its own. The interior quality is very good, especially compared to Tesla, but not quite luxury-level, though all the details still make it feel special. There are a few rattles here and there, but nothing too out of the ordinary, and all the materials feel nice. Additionally, the range is dead on, and I usually get 2-3 mi/kwh, which is great for a 7000lb suv. In terms of the footprint, the vehicle is both agile and easy to maneuver, yet has tons of interior space and storage. The glass roof really adds to the openness as well, and the heat in the cabin from it hasn’t been bad comparatively. The one gripe I do have is that the suspension is very noisy, and there’s not any remedy for that. Gen 2 is far quieter, but all in all it’s not a deal breaker given how capable and versatile the vehicle is. All the pieces of this vehicle combined really make for such a special package, especially given that they’re still in the early years and not ubiquitous (yet). This is my 9th car and I’ve had many BMWs, a Tesla, and a M-B, yet this one always makes me smile every time I see it and get to drive it. It truly feels like a remarkable machine (and is incredibly fun too).

We had a great experience buying a gently used Chevy Bolt at Ever last weekend. After finding the car we wanted at EVer on AAA’s car-buying website, we got in touch with them online and then communicated by text with a salesman, Levan, for the rest of the pretty seamless process. we were not able to make an easy trade-in with them because our previous car was not an EV, but they were very upfront about that and suggested we work with a company like Carfax for the trade-in. The price is the price—no negotiating—and a lot of the paperwork is handled in advance by uploading all the relevant documents. By the time we test drove the car, the rest of the buying process was very easy. The car was whistle clean, exactly as described, and we love it. All buying experiences should be this easy and pleasant.

William was super transparent and very kind to work with. Although there was a small hiccup during the transaction William and team figured it out without any stress and headache. I appreciated the easy process and I love the car !

I could not of asked for a smoother car buying experience. If you are in the market to buy a Hyundai. Go see my Girl Dia. She has been absolutely fabulous. I bought a 2023 Kona EV. I LOVE it. Did you know that ev cars have 2 batteries? Well I didn?t. So apparently when the cars are shipped they are not fully charged. And while my car was plugged in to charge the big one. The other one was not fully charged. An honest mishap not a big deal. Had the new whip brought in and they took care of it Lickaty split. Dia has been so helpful with this since I live in Sacramento and the dealership is in Vacaville it?s like I was there She took care of everything for me with the service dept. and by the way they are wonderful Buddy is the man I have been coming here for years with my other car (Tucson) for oil changes and other things it needed. I?m very happy with the service from all of them in the service dept. Buddy, Logan and Matt. Ok so now back to Dia. She is everything you want to deal with when buying a car. You don?t get that shifty trying to talk you into getting something you don?t want or even need. I still have that feeling of wow I can?t believe I don?t feel like I got ?F? over feeling. I have bought 5 brand new cars in my life so far and this has been the best experience so far. The last time was when I bought my 1995 Honda Civic hatch back. I like to research my cars before I buy them and along with a friend of mine we loooooooked at a lot of ev cars and the Kona just fit me. I think all other dealerships should take a good lesson from Vacaville Hyundai. They all are so easy to talk to and you actually feel like your at your families house when your there. Put the refundable deposit down in July ‘21 and our truck arrived Dec ‘22. We have 7,435 miles as of today with zero problems. I rotated the AT tires at approximately 5k miles and it looks like we might get 30k miles out of them. Not bad considering the performance and weight of this truck. Everyone that has ridden in or driven our truck has been blown away. We were lucky enough to have gotten it before the price went up, but after having owned it for the last 7 months, it would still have be worth it after the price increase. Hard to find a vehicle that checks so many boxes. I grew up driving F-250/F-350’s and this obviously can’t carry what they can. It also isn’t a RWD sports car. But it fits our needs and lifestyle perfectly. We love this truck and have no regrets at all about purchasing it. Drive one if you get the opportunity!
