I have shopped and owned nearly every luxury brand automobile from Ferrari to Bentley and this dealership sets the standard. From my to first phone conversation to my new car delivery the professionals at this dealership were simply the best. Businesslike and professional, not the least bit stuffy or pretentious. The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I drove three hours roundtrip when there is a dealership less than a mile away and it was well worth the time and effort. The whole process, and in particular the delivery, was everything that buying a luxury vehicle should be. The sampling of cars is terrific and if they don't have what you are looking for, Steve, the owner, will find it for you.The cars are pristine and the dealership stands behind their products. The buying experience was an absolute pleasure and Steve, the owner, made everything possible by flat bedding the car that I was interested to my mechanic in Miami for a pre purchase inspection. My mechanic commented that "I would not find a nicer example of a Bentley elsewhere", just as had been represented. At Fort Lauderdale Collection South,the customer matters and it is refreshing to see!
