I had visited this dealership a few times before and never really felt convinced to move forward with a purchase. Each time I came in, I browsed the cars but didn’t feel like anyone was confident enough in presenting them to make me comfortable making a deal. Because of that, I always ended up leaving without taking the next step. The last time I came in, I met Jerry, and the experience was completely different. From the start, he carried himself with confidence and really knew how to walk me through the options without making it feel forced. He showed me a great collection of cars and took the time to explain what would actually suit me best. I knew I wanted something from this dealership, but I didn’t realize exactly what I was looking for until Jerry helped narrow it down. By the end of the visit, I had found the one that truly fit me, and I felt confident about the decision. Jerry has a way of making people feel comfortable while still being straightforward and knowledgeable about what he’s selling. Fishers Imports NW review
Pleasant, professional, and timely experience with Fishers Imports NW - with a few exceptions. They included a "Fishers Gold Package" which is simply the dealers fee of ~$600. (The typical dealer fee in Indiana is ~$200 according to AI). The used car we purchased was not adequately detailed (much dog hair which was addressed & spilled sticky substance on the back seat and carpet which was not). The GM/service rep were supposed to reach out to me on the Monday following the sale of the car regarding the cars alignment, they did not. I had to call them. The phone call was necessary because it wasn't clear from the dealer paperwork (that I had to request because it was not offered to me at the sale) what service they actually completed on the car. There was only a checklist that indicated "pass" on the items they had listed. I had to pay for a necessary alignment elsewhere.

8-11 Motor Group review
They are super helpful beginning to end. Dave busted his butt to make sure I had the car I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He always asked me for any questions I had and he always had answers for me. He did everything on both ends with not only making sure I got the car but making sure I got approved for a loan to be able to get it. I got the key within just a few weeks. Him and 8-11 motor groups are fantastic. 8-11 actually makes you feel like you matter!
