J Star Dodge has the best customer service of any place of business I frequent. They have been the only place I use to service my 2019 Dodge Durango. I have 69,200 miles and it runs like it’s brand new.
2011 Rolls-Royce Ghost review
This review compares my two cars. I purchased a new 2006 Bentley Continental GT which now has about 23,000 miles. I bought the used 2011 Ghost which had about 3500 miles in May, 2013. It now has about 7500 miles. First, they are beautiful but very different. The fit and finish are comparable. The Bentley has been reliable over the nine years, but, as expected, maintenance is expensive. The Ghost is still under warranty, but I also expect maintenance to be the same cost as the Bentley. But, that is not a criticism,but simply a fact. The wood trim in both is exceptional, but the leather in the Bentley is superior. Sadly, the leather in the Ghost looks like a BMW. The pebbled leather is not even close to the beautiful hides in the Bentley. The ride on the Bentley is composed but firmer than the Ghost. But is that is expected in a car that can reach 196 MPH. The Ghost rides like you would expect. While they are expensive as compared to other cars, they are worth every penny. I plan to own both forever.

2010 Rolls-Royce Ghost review
I live over an hour and a half away. I read some of the reviews and concluded that the car I was most interested in was at Dancy Auto. Unsure of the distance and the dealer I took a shot. I was impressed by the client list and the inventory. They have some of the nicest cars around, hence the long drive. I dealt with Vanessa and Joel on two separate occasions. I felt the handling of my requests were done in a serious and professional manner. I bought the car after pleasant negotiations involving pricing of car and financing arrangements. Ilusso review
I purchased a high end vehicle from Illusso and the sales manager, Todd, was wonderful. I appreciate integrity and straight shooters. At every step of the way, Todd and Illusso backed up everything they said and always followed through. They are definitely different from the typical car seller reputation. Although I love my car, when it's time to sell, and when it's time for another, I will most definitely contact Illusso first, and I will do so, hoping that Todd is still there. What a refreshing experience in this day and age when integrity isn't nearly as valued as it could be.
