We recently bought a new BMW X5 at your dealership and would like to express gratitude to your Genius Consultant Vasil Zahorodnyi for also helping us download all the programs. Vasil patiently and clearly explained everything. He spent a lot of personal time to do that. We are very grateful to him and BMW motor. Sincerely, Edvard and Zarina Mandelblat
