I HAD TO PAY $2000.00. WROTE TO CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD STAND BY A DEFECTIVE PART AND INSTALLATION. ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF PART AS WELL. I purchased this car and was quite unsure at first. From owning Ferrari’s, and Lamborghinis, but this was my first car to provide that much luxury. The dealership was pretty bad (they overlooked me because I was young but I was still an multi millionaire) but this is about the car. The starlight headliner makes this car for me. I love the little things in this car like the smell of the ac and the umbrella in the door. This car is a must have

The costs are very, very high LOL I have always received great service! The service team is very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. The final cost is very close to the initial quote, re-work has not been required. They take their time to thoroughly identify the root cause(s) of the problem(s). I have had multiple appointments completed here, mostly for the intermittent Minor & Major Services. The salespeople do not pester you to trade-in or buy :-) The coffee is very good. :-) The lounge is very comfortable :-) The Bentley merch for sale is great, ridiculously expensive tho LOL :-O

I love this vehicle. You get so much for the money. It is the most powerful Rolls Royce yet. It?s the best of both worlds you get something very sporty with out sacrificing the luxury Rolls Royce is known for. I have been looking to purchase a vehicle like this for awhile now, and I am telling you there is nothing like this. It?s hand built still. The price tag was surprising to me. Because I thought it would be more expensive then it was. I highly recommend this car to anybody who wants unparalleled luxury, and a sports car at the same time. This car is more beautiful then in the pictures that were posted. We had no idea that the inside ceiling had hundreds of LED lights to simulate stars in the sky. Also, the Rolls Royce hood ornament is crystal, and lights up when you unlock the car!
