Above & Beyond seems to be the Standard @ Hendricks Honda !! I wasn’t expecting to purchase a Porsche from a Non-Porsche dealer but right after my inquiry I received a call from Nick Smith who was actively engaged with me by phone and a text about the car , sent me all the request details, and I offer to give him a deposit to hold it until I fly-in, but Phil the sales manager got involved and said we aren’t taking any deposit, if you just give me your word that you will be flying in I’ll hold it and if you don’t like it no problem.. ‘’Really, not many people hold their word these days’’ However I flew in the following day and Nick picked me from the airport by the car that I test drove back to the dealership then finalised the paperwork, and took the car back home .. Outstanding Experience from both Nick & Phil .. I’m sure this is my first car from you and it will not be the last!! Looking forward to the next one !!

I purchased this car and was quite unsure at first. From owning Ferrari’s, and Lamborghinis, but this was my first car to provide that much luxury. The dealership was pretty bad (they overlooked me because I was young but I was still an multi millionaire) but this is about the car. The starlight headliner makes this car for me. They replaced my windshield because of a tiny crack. To emphasize, they ordered the windshield from Germany for me and it was perfect. I love this vehicle. You get so much for the money. It is the most powerful Rolls Royce yet. It?s the best of both worlds you get something very sporty with out sacrificing the luxury Rolls Royce is known for. I have been looking to purchase a vehicle like this for awhile now, and I am telling you there is nothing like this. It?s hand built still. The price tag was surprising to me. Because I thought it would be more expensive then it was. I highly recommend this car to anybody who wants unparalleled luxury, and a sports car at the same time. This car is more beautiful then in the pictures that were posted. We had no idea that the inside ceiling had hundreds of LED lights to simulate stars in the sky. Also, the Rolls Royce hood ornament is crystal, and lights up when you unlock the car!

The TLDR is that they are reliable, responsive and responsible. The longer story is that I'm in Texas so there were some concerns and potential challenges in navigating this process. We were able to FaceTime to do a walk through of the vehicle. The paperwork I needed to sign showed up at my house Monday morning. I sent it back the same morning. It's hard to believe I started the process on a Friday and I actually had the vehicle in my possession exactly 1 week later. We had 1 potential problem as the vehicle showed up with some minor damage. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't hesitate to cover the cost. You learn more about the character of a business when you encounter a problem and they showed that they care about their reputation and they care about the satisfaction of their customers. I'm very pleased with Platinum Autohaus and I'm really enjoying my car!
