Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

I purchased this car and was quite unsure at first. From owning Ferrari’s, and Lamborghinis, but this was my first car to provide that much luxury. The dealership was pretty bad (they overlooked me because I was young but I was still an multi millionaire) but this is about the car. The starlight headliner makes this car for me. Four years ago, I bought a Rolls-Royce from Rusnak Rolls Royce dealership. As I walked into the dealership, I made contact with a gentleman named Ricky Williams. Who is the sales managers at the dealership. He approached me with a professional demeanor and he was really helpful in many ways. I was able to purchase a Rolls-Royce which I am very happy with today. I was impressed with how he presented himself and the way he represented Rusnak as a brand. He showed me a number of different vehicles and he gave me a great advice on each vehicle that I inquired about. . In addition gave me all the details about each vehicle that I asked when I sent the car in test drove it. He described each of the different features that came with the vehicle in great detail. I bought the car and have been happy with it ever since.. I also got lots of help from Ray who also works at Rusnak and he too was an amazing help. He gave me some great advice on the cars and he steered me in the right direction in terms of which one to buy.
