I had been looking at C3 Corvette's for almost 2 years and I finally found my 1979 Corvette with Glass T Tops and a 4-speed manual transmission and a very clean interior and very clean interior. Very good looking Corvette and they called me earlier today and the shipper told me it was ready to be shipped out, so I should have my dream car next weekend. Nice Barge - Rides almost as nice as my Buick Lucerne although is quieter & a great deal more expensive to operate. Bear-tracks slightly during hard acceleration, esp. on snow & ice conditions. Interior is beautiful & wheels are gorgeous. Vehicle is impressive for company as long as they don't have to take it to the garage. Vehicle as a slight flutter at about 90MPH & brakes need redoing about once a year whether you drive it or not. Makes a nice cab for picking the ladies up for church on Sunday - They giggle & think they are foxes! (They don't tip any better than riding in the Buick?)
