Very professional and patient with my schedule, and always disciplined in following up with my inquiries in a timely fashion.

Overall it was a good deal for me. The dealer made promises and kept them. The Tesla is great! The price was good. However, I felt the dealer fees were ridiculous and they insisted I give them thousands above the actual registration and taxes. Though I was able to recover the excess taxes/registration withheld, it felt very much like the used car salesman treatment. I would recommend the dealer, but be prepared to play reindeer games. If you do not like these games, buy your used Tesla directly from Tesla.

Had a wonderful experience buying by 2016 Mercedes AMG G63 from Chicago Motor Cars. Seraj “Raj”Abughoush was an amazing sales representative and cares for me start to finish. I was an out of town purchase and Raj walked the car with me twice, did a road test and even fixed an issue he saw with the windshield during our drive together. The first night I couldn't sleep cause I thought I would be judged, I thought I would be robbed, and I thought i over paid for a car. By night two, after driving it around for about an hour, I felt like the luckiest man cause I get to drive this car (and be married to the most wonderful woman in the world), which makes a Lexus 570 feel like a rough drive, and Bentley feel cheap. If you can afford it, you wont regret it. And its little eaiser to drive than the Phantom.
