Cesar Valdez was able to assist us with arranging our car repair, and then went above and beyond to help us get the car back in time before we had to travel. He provided frequent updates and answered all of our questions at any time. Though this dealership is out of our way, we won’t take our car to another, and Cesar Valdez is a big reason we won’t go anywhere else.

The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I have purchased 2 Bentley Bentaygas. New 2018 and recenty a certified 2019 Bentagayga. The experience was great, not just saying that either. They came from ft laud to port st Lucie twice to fix some very small details I was obsessed with. The car was replaced with a nice loaner and the work was perfect. The sampling of cars is terrific and if they don't have what you are looking for, Steve, the owner, will find it for you.The cars are pristine and the dealership stands behind their products. The buying experience was an absolute pleasure and Steve, the owner, made everything possible by flat bedding the car that I was interested to my mechanic in Miami for a pre purchase inspection. My mechanic commented that "I would not find a nicer example of a Bentley elsewhere", just as had been represented. At Fort Lauderdale Collection South,the customer matters and it is refreshing to see!
