They just don't make em' like they used too...! Not just cars, but dealers that are honest.. I've heard the slick speech too many times.... "oh she runs great, I'd buy it for my mother , that's how reliable she is ¿" The man who owns the shop is straight forward...I know family's that have been buying from him since they first purchased a car from EZ auto . Now they're kids and grandkids are too! It's a small miracle that this kind of honesty exists, even if it's so rare.

An old car is a gamble, but I'm feeling lucky

First, it looks great for a 2005. It's a Saab 9-2x (a rebadged Subaru WRX, if you didn't know). I've had many people tell me it looks quite snazzy. I'm so glad to get a manual shift (I say it's too teach my children before it's too late, but I miss manual). The car itself needs a little work, but it seems to have a lot of pep (the turbo). And now that winter is here, I'm glad I have AWD.

I purchased a 2009 Lincoln MKX on May 6. We drove from Gray area to Knoxville 2x before we made our puchase. Both times we were able to look inside all vehicles, drive anything we were interested in, no pressure, very relaxing and pleasant experience. I drove my MKX home after a 30 minute process, with a full tank of gas, and lots of friendly smiles. The 30 day warranty applied to the MKX. 2 weeks later, the TPU case leaked terribly. Called and talked to claims, took the car to auto shop, got it repaired, and I myself have NEVER had such a great and easy car buying experience as I have at Doug Justus. A huge thanks to Hunter, Joseph, Jeff and the team for everything. Rick and Carolyn Hicks

Incredible performance and hatchback utility + AWD. Easy to live with as both my fun car and my daily driver when needed. Very well built, no issues of any kind. You don’t see many around either.

Gary was super to work with!

We traveled 2 hours to see a car that unfortunately wasn't for me (seats too large for my short self). I was so disappointed. Gary was super accommodating having pulled the vehicle out ahead of time for us to drive. After realizing the car was too big he let me sit in and try out literally anything in the lot. Everyone there was so nice and I would return without a doubt to buy a car there. It was raining when we were there and he gave us a giant umbrella to use while we shopped. Super guy, super service!

Happy Customer

We purchased a used vehicle from M&B Auto in October 2016. We are very happy with our purchase. The vehicle has been running well. I drive it almost daily with 4 kids and have taken two long trips to PA. In that time we have replaced one tire and had an oil change. When we contacted M&B Auto about the vehicle in which we were interested, we were traveling from about an hour away and had several schedule constraints. Rachid agreed to meet us early on a Saturday morning to show us the vehicle we were interested in. He was very helpful in answering our questions and did not pressure us into making a purchase. Once we arrived home with the vehicle, we realized that there was a problem with the vehicle's key. We ended up being locked out of our vehicle. Rachid took responsibility for that problem and apologized. M&B Auto paid for a locksmith to come to our home and unlock our vehicle. The following week, I drove our newly purchased vehicle to M&B where Rachid had arranged for another locksmith to make a new key for the vehicle. Through this experience, I believe that Rachid at M&B Auto is an honest person to work with.

Amazing affordable!

The Saab 9-2x is really just a rebadged Subaru Impreza, so it had all the amazing Subaru features such as All Wheel Drive and a simple engine to work on that gets decent gas mileage. However, since "Saab" has such a terrible reputation, these are the most affordable Subarus you can buy! Parts are affordable because OEM Subaru parts fit perfectly. Now the down side is that Subarus can be a bit tricky to work on, they burn oil and can burn through it causing catastrophic damage to the car if you don't check and maintain the oil levels, and the head gaskets are known to fail.

Lexus RX 350

I purchased a 2005 Lexus RX330 from this place December 2015 because I needed a reliable car to get to work. This car had extremely low miles and rode very smoothly when I test drove it. I finalized the purchase the day after Christmas and was in and out within 2 hours. When I went to Conocelli a few months before I was 8 months pregnant and they left me in an office for 6 hours just to tell me the car I wanted could not be located even though I called ahead of time and was assured it was available. Having such extremely opposite customer service experiences, I was astonished on how attentive Paulo and Chris were to my needs and how they made me feel so comfortable buying my first car for my growing family. I was so impressed that I came back December 2016 to buy a 2012 Lexus RX350 again with unbelievably low mileage. The transaction went smoothy and I became an owner less than 2 hours later of my initial test drive. Ryan paid close attention to detail and explained everything thoroughly. I had secured an auto loan with my credit union before I got there so I was able to drive the car home that day. Every time I go there, I feel like a cousin reuniting at a family reunion. Lol These guys have my complete trust for being honest and open and for that I will always refer my family and friends to PA Auto Select.

Had its time in the sun, buyer beware!

I adored this car when I purchased it used in 2012. Saab styling and Subaru reliability seemed a marriage made in heaven. Pros: The car can corner on a dime. Really. AWD grip and the right tires and you can keep up with even 'real' sports cars when the road twists and turns...and keep going when the weather gets bad. Saab styling. The Subarus of this generation were downright frumpy. The Saab nose and standard spoiler make this wagon special. Amenities like heated wiper parks, seats and mirrors make this car a true winter warrior. Subaru engine - the boxer engine is a great design. Plenty of midrange power in the 2.5i. Bulletproof. Just make sure you use non-corrosive OEM coolant and change the oil every 3000 miles. Cons. The big one - they only made ~6000 of these. They aren't really Saabs. They aren't really Subarus. You may not find a shop that is comfortable fixing (and then warrantying) anything complex. Collision. If you get in a fender-bender you will wait for parts. I did. Front bumper cracked in a <2 mph bump. Took 6 months to find a used bumper in a bone yard. Forget finding a new front or back clip. Insurance prices are high due to this. They only made 6000 so no one is going to invest money in making new bumpers anymore. Transmission. The automatic is a 25 year old 4-spd. design. Never knows what gear to end up in. Smash the gas to pass or get into traffic and the car just sits there for 3-4 seconds wondering what to do before it brutally downshifts and jerks out into traffic. Subaru ditched this tranny in 2007/8 for a CVT. If you like the car, get a 5 spd. Much more fun. MPG. I traded in a SUV for this car for both the AWD and the gas mileage. Not the improvement I was expecting for a compact car. 19-23 mpg is all you get. Some small SUVs will do that with more cargo room, ground clearance and ride height. Now I praised the cars handling, but man is this car low. You will look up at even a Civic next to you! Maybe nothing that can be done here, but wow. If Saab were still around to make parts I'd give it a 4/5 for value, but this car is at the end of its road. And sadly it just isn't enough of a 'classic' for anyone to take the risk to support it anymore. Buy an Impreza. Run from the Saab, it saddens me to say.

Our little SAAB was very good to our family for many years. It drove well, kept us safe, and until the end, gave us very little trouble. Truly, we were sad to have to sell it.

Dealer of my life!!!!!!!!
by Patty Lafleur from DealerRater.com
November 5, 2018

I had seen this truck online and contacted the dealer, with my recent divorce and life in shambles, I had a F150 Platinum and it was taken from me in the Divorce. A day hadn't gone by that I didn't remember my beautiful silver truck that I no longer had. With life and my struggles, I didn't know how I would get this truck, but I wanted it and I mean bad...... Initially when I contacted the dealer it was a little out of my price range and having a father that was a car salesman I knew all the pitches and deals that sometimes you have to be patient. I was driving my dads 2004 van and it was a struggle to be enthused to get up and go anywhere in it.... Don't get me wrong, I was grateful to have any sort of transportation, but after Thanksgiving (Thank goodness for apps and internet, I had turned on the price drop notification). I had been contacted also by the dealer a couple of times before the price drop but sat patiently waiting for me to be able to afford it and if it was God's will I would (well God's will and these wonderful guys at Honda of Abilene). Price dropped on Saturday morning and my notification came on my phone. I sent Shane Davis and Steve Burgh a text saying, I will be there to get my truck this afternoon. It was a duplicate almost of the truck that was my dream truck. Silver F150 Platinum, the only difference was this one had chocolate leather, my previous did not, but I knew it was meant for me...... They responded back to me immediately and started working on it. This was imperative because I live in Ft. Worth and Abilene is a bit of a drive, so after they confirmed they got me financed I hopped in the old van (which gratefully my dad had given me title to) and I hauled xxx all the way to Abilene. Shane had to leave before I got there, but I arrived about 5 minutes before 7 when they close and because they cared about me and knew that I deserved to have a 2nd chance in life Steve Burgh stayed late and because of both of these guys and my patience.... I took my life back and I have my beautiful F150 Platinum Truck (its even the exact same year as mine was). I feel like a million bucks riding in this truck and I owe it all to them for caring about a lady who had hers taken from her 2 years previous and the joy in my face when I got there told the whole story. Steve took care of all the details and I got out of there around 8, another thing most people wont do is work late these days but he did. I didn't get to meet Shane he was already gone but he worked with me and Steve to get the deal done. Even having a father in car sales all my life and knowing all the bs that comes with that, these 2 guys gave me a whole new perspective on a car dealership and if I can recommend any dealer for anyone, I would drive another 250 miles to get my deal with them and I was soooooo excited they were going to put gas in it for me but I was too excited I drove off and forgot to let them. Thanks to Steve Burgh and Shane Davis, you made my new slogan on facebook a reality "I just took my life back" and I owe them all the glory that comes with that. I think of their kindness and dedication to help me someone with terrible credit and a job I haven't been in but a few months, but they got me affordable good financing and delivered it to me within just a few hours of my notification I was headed their way as soon as that price dropped. My words to anyone besides these are the greatest car salesmen ever is patience is also a virtue when shopping for a vehicle. You cannot find the truck I bought anywhere with the miles it has on it for under $28k-$30k, they saved me thousands!!! I paid no where near that and told them I am forever grateful. I will be contacting them, IF that is IF I ever need another vehicle.....

Best AWD sedan value in USA

This car is a secret that will save you a forutne for a hig perfromance, gas saving AWD sedan. The car was a high priced sleeper that no one bought, and no one knows how great they are. the caris really a legacy, totally, completely. Warning- only buy models with the automatic transmission, 2.5L NON turbo engine. these cars will run 300,000 miles if you change the oil and anitfreeze regularly. Do not buy manual tranmission or turbo models, they are all beaten, unless you can buy one for dirt cheap and have the ability to replace the engine.

Great customer service.

I had a horrible experience at Good Chevrolet and wanted to trade the car I just bought a month ago so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. I called and spoke to Stephanie, who was very helpful and understanding. I explained my situation to her and asked if I could come in to see what they could do for me. Stephanie, Dominick and Will spent a couple of hours with me. After finding the car that I was looking for they had one of their employees go pick it up from a dealership up North since the car wasn't at their lot. This is what I call customer service. They went above and beyond to get me into a different car. Stephanie made the loan process so easy and took the time to explain everything to me. Since Will and Dominick were off the day I came to sign my papers Anthony took the time to explain the features my car had and helped me set up my Onstar. If your looking for a car stop by and see them, they will make you feel like family and do everything they can to get you in the car you want. Thank you so much you guys, I LOVE my Brand New Tahoe, you made it all possible!
