2005 Saab 9-5 review
We bought this car for our son to drive to work and school. It was sporty and yet luxurious at the same time. Much better value than the Toyota we were looking at, and much nicer. I liked the car so much that I ended up buying a second Saab for myself.

2006 Saab 9-5 review
I bought a 2006 Saab 9-5 earlier this year. I was drawn to this car because of its performance, comfort and the amount of options for the money. At $40,000 brand new I am not sure that the 9-5 is the better choice over a 3 series or A4, but at used prices it is a good choice for someone who is looking for a European ride for an affordable price. While a good looking car, it is not as stylish as a BMW or Audi, and the interior, while very comfortable and user friendly has some lesser materials and fit and finish than a BMW or Audi, but again, the power and torque more than make up for it. There is a limited amount of turbo lag, but once the boost starts, the acceleration is prodigious and ongoing. The stereo is great, the seats are all day long comfortable and so far, the Saab has been reliable (though I know that they can be hit or miss, so I will keep my fingers crossed). I would recommend this car to someone looking for a European sports sedan on a budget or someone who wants to be a little different than all the BMWs or Lexus that are out there.

2006 Saab 9-5 review
I purchased this Saab 9-7x and love it. It drives like a Saab & I've owned many. PROS: -Extremely comfortable, spacious interior -IIHS Top Safety Pick -Very handsome design still looks fresh -6-speed manual transmission provides better acceleration and fuel economy with 2.0T Ecotec 4-cylinder engine -Unique Saab features like night panel which illuminates only the speedometer -Agile handling, fun to drive -Very spacious trunk and split fold-down rear seats -Quiet and taut but comfortable ride CONS -Taillamp filaments can melt, rear turn signals need to be replaced with LEDs - GM panoramic sunroof drains need to be cleaned annually to prevent water from entering interior -Rear LED light bar fails and needs aftermarket modification to work - GM seat heaters fail and need replacement -Control buttons in center of instrument panel wear off and need aftermarket replacement -Limited availability for parts not shared with other GM products and a declining number of service option -So so rear visibility

2007 Saab 9-5 review
Love my Saab 9-5 Aero. Fast, comfortable, roomy with one of the best audio systems ever. The Ice Blue Metallic paint is flawless. The seats are extremely comfortable even on long trips. Lots of room in the back seat too. Love the simple, no nonsense dashboard controls. One of my favorite things about this car is how quick it is and how great it handles especially the curvy streets here in Los Angeles.

I have a 2005 Saab 9-5 with 153k on it. Arguably the best car I’ve ever owned. So fun to drive I feel like a kid. Powerful, handles great, good gas mileage and really nice interior.
