This isn't the first car that I've purchased from Jones Ford, in Shallotte, North Carolina. They are consistently wonderful and easy to deal with. Their trade in for my car was excellent, and my salesman, James Williams, was so easy to work with. I'm very happy with Jones Ford!

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

I contacted this dealer about a car that I was looking and the contact person did everything I requested! I asked for the build invoice and he promptly emailed it to me! I also felt no pressure from the sales person! Thanks for the info and pictures!

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

I was highly impressed with my Audi used car purchase this week. Audi Cape Fear doesn’t use high pressure selling tactics, they’re super easy to work with, and honest. I was able to secure a good deal, and they were very professional, courteous, and kind. My salesperson, Tymen Cutter, was very knowledgeable and great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car or a new Audi from this dealership.

A while back I went on line just to do some market research for a possible new car. I was able to contact an internet representative and asked about a 2022 vw golf gti. She was very helpful. I was told the dealership had one scheduled to come in August. I took my car in and was referred to Dean Wentzel salesman. I told him about the offer to buy my car and that I was interested in a golf gti. He took my information and said he would do his best to mark the car as sold to ensure I got it becausethey are in short supply. August 19, I got a call from both Dean and the internet sales rep saying my car was in. Dean took the majority of my documents via text so I wouldn't have to spend too much time at the dealership. Easiest transaction for a car i have had and I have had many. The car is great, the customer service is awesome and I would recommend purchasing from this dealership. Now it's time to play!!!

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

The finance personnel were able to answer all financial questions quickly and accurately. And the delivery of the vehicle went without a hitch, with the sales team giving me a thorough walk through of all of the cars features before I drove it off the lot. I own a 2017 Honda HRV 1.5 Petrol FW CVT (European model). I’m the first owner and I just reached 220k Kilometers. No issues so far except for a start/stop button replacement and a scheduled suspension replacement (200k). All the services and oil changes were made on time according to the manual. I also started doing the oil/fluid changes (engine & cvt transmission) in less kilometers than the proposed schedule once the car reached 180k kilometers. The European edition 1.5 petrol motor responds well but I believe that a bigger motor would be more suitable for the specific model. I’ve traveled a lot on asphalt, gravel and snow (with a good pair of snow tires) and in temperatures varying between 14 to 113 Fehrenheit.

Speaking with and working with Charlie Korn at Blue water was bar none the most pleasant car buying l 😁 that I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, honest and caring . Ask for him when you call. Plus the vehicles on the lot are beautifully detailed cosmetically and inspected and serviced mechanically to sure that you are getting a great smooth ride. I love my car and got a great deal!Thanks also to Gregg who helped me with some paperwork on Charlie's day off.

After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

The 2nd car I purchased from John. Good honest salesman. Did everything I asked of him and the owner gave me a very fair trade on my old Kia. Will buy from them again.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Will Gibson has sold my family several automobiles and trucks and his demeanor and cordial working relationship has aways been beyond reproach. I will buy from him and the dealership itself in the future.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.
