A great car. I have owned a 2005 2.2 Saturn Vue base model fwd in chili pepper red since April of 2023. Bought it with 136k miles, it now has 160k miles. Only things I've done to it in that time is oil changes, steering rack, battery, spark plugs and coil assembly, tires, brakes, the ac needed serviced, installed new struts, and had new belts thrown on. I paid 3k for it used private party, have put about 1200 dollars into it over 24k miles. It is really a great car. The only reason I give low score on exterior is the panels rattle quite a bit at 20 years of age in Arizona. Interior is just cheap mid 2000s plastic fantastic. For performance, the 2.2 eco tec is not going to set a land speed record and you have to floor it pretty much everywhere to keep up with traffic. Very good option if you have a lead foot or a lot of previous speeding tickets. Although the interior is cheap the cabin is comfy. Overall I rate this 20 yr old car a 5 because it has been extremely reliable and never let me down or left me stranded.

My family got the XE model of this car new, and it was passed down to me when I started High School as my first car, which my sister and I drove until just this past month when we sold it at about 200k Miles. This thing was trooper and the most reliable car we've owned by far. We barely had to do any work on it other than the regular maintenance (the singular problem we had was the fan belt breaking and that was an easy fix on our own), it handled well, it got through snow, mud and rain just fine, and it was overall just a solid car. They genuinely do not make them like this anymore and if you can find one in near new condition, I definitely recommend it for anyone that needs something reliable to just drive around and not have to worry.

My Saturn was an alright car! The gas was ok for being an suv, it offered lots of storage, and was spacious (which is a huge deal because I’m 5’10, my boyfriend is 6’5 and we have a Great Dane😂). Even with very routine maintenance, it seemed as though the transmission slipped a bit while in 5th gear and the tire pressure sensors went out a week after I had al 4 replaced. If you’re ok with those issues and you’re able to fix them without issues, this could be an awesome car for you.

Always trouble with fuel filters and ignition switch .my drivers window locks me in the car on rainy days, I have to roll window down and open door from outside.Headliner is shredded like I used a knife on it

I have owned two 2008 Saturn Vue. First one had a accident where was hit by a pickup truck doing roughly 45 mph, in the rear. The deck behind rear seats and chasis observed the impact. No one in car was hurt. Second Vue now has 213,000 miles on it. Just replaced replaced radiator. Replaced wheel bearing, caliper, rotors and tires all way around car. Good inexpensive transportation. Engine could use more guts. But it gets you down the road.

Searched high and low for a nice vehicle for months. I visited tens of car lots and God just did not see fit for me to purchase from them. Either they jacked the prices up tremendously from what the vehicle was actually worth or when you would start the car, it had several code lights on. I took my time and I found swerve auto. Listen, when I spoke with Zach over the telephone, he was very confident in his vehicles and stood behind them in a way that made me want to come and see for myself. When I arrived to his lot, not only did he have great cars, trucks and SUV’s, but the prices was reasonable asking price to pay cash for. Zach was so nice and professional! All of his vehicles were cleaned up immaculately, I was afraid that I was over budget for the suv that I really wanted. Listen, Zach made a way for me to take my dream car home and listen it’s mine!! He was so passionate about making sure that I was happy, It was unbelievable. My truck was so clean it looked as if no one even ever drove it. Miles were low and again, the price was fair. I will definitely carry swerve auto’s card and info in my glove box because if and when I ever need anything else, I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to anyone but him. Awesome!!

It meets all my needs and the only thing missing is a Blue-tooth stereo system. If looking for a good used vehicle I highly recommend the Saturn Vue for its figures and smooth ride.

We have 2 Saturn vues awd 6 cyl and between the two we have put 100,000 miles on each and have had 1 bad u joint 1 bad starter otherwise,batteries brakes and syn oil.We love these vehicles.We have over 170,000 miles on both.

Our family bought this car brand new in late 2005 and it ran for nearly 20 years with no major mechanical issues whatsoever. It has a Honda J35 engine instead of a typical GM 3.5 liter, making it run much smoother than other Saturns. Occasional maintenance and attention was of course necessary along the way but no mechanical issues ever made the car unsafe to drive. HOWEVER, after about 235k miles, the front engine mount had almost entirely rusted away beyond repair and could not hold the engine in place, deeming it unsafe to drive, a shame because the car never had any major mechanical issues and was extremely dependable besides this fact. Otherwise, the car looks great with a nice interior and is fairly comfortable Overall, it is a great car and very reliable, just be sure to check that the engine mount is intact.

We had a 2008 Saturn Vue XE. It’s older but a good family car with a lot of trunk space and leg room. I really liked the interior.

But unfortunately I have a setback that stop me from going to the dealership to see what deals I could get. I purchased my 2006 Vue, 3.5L V6 automatic, front wheel drive in 2011 with 79,000 miles on it. I still own it at 189,000 and I have put tires, brakes, an alternator that wasn't needed from a "mechanic" that needed to learn mechanicing a little better, a couple of batteries and a valve cover gasket that I did myself because there was a tiny little leak and i just didnt want it to get worse as there was never a drop on the driveway, thats how minor it was. Not a drop since and that's it. It runs like a top, still has the power it was born with and is probably the best, most reliable car I've ever owned. I have used it as a moving van on multiple occasions, I own 3 businesses and have used it to some capacity for all of them. 1) I flip houses and I do all of the work on the houses myself so there's a lot of materials and tools to be hauled. 2) I have a handyman service and that should speak for itself as far as equipment and materials mobilized and, 3) I restore antique furniture, fix all furniture and build custom furniture all of which I normally pick up, fix and deliver back to the customer and that dadgum Saturn has hauled more than I see some dump trucks haul at one time. Lol. I've had it loaded with bedframes and dressers hanging out the rear with the hatch tied down as far as I could while having a full sized sofa and love seat strapped to the roof on top of a mattress and box spring and nightstands in the passenger seat and boxes, bags, suitcases, couch pillows and cushions and clothes packed into any crevice possible and my driver seat as far forward as it would go with me practically riding on top of the steering wheel to drive when moving more than once. I'd have gone to jail if they'd have seen me. But that little Saturn has pulled me through every bit of that kind of abuse without a hicup and it still looks great too. I finally broke down and bought a pickup as soon as I could because I just couldn't see abusing my little vue that way anymore. But what a great little car. I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a dependable kids car or a family grocery getter. You wont be disappointed. And I just wanted to mention that I read a review on here about the 3rd one listed, I think, and the guy says the company should be ashamed for selling something as dangerous to drive as this car and they should have ussued a recall on them because his front frame rusted out.... ummm, pal, it's metal, you probably live up north where there's salt on the roads, I live in Florida 15 miles South of Daytona Beach right on the beach that has a lot of salt. Try a little preventative maintenence and you'll be fine. A bit late for that car but mine doesn't have a spec of rust on it anywhere. It is not the companies responsibility to activate a recall on a line of vehicles because one guy who bought one never washes his car,(at least not the undercarriage). It's also not the companies responsibility to come to your house and clean your vehicle properly or to show you how to do so... Man, I'm sorry, I literally laughed out loud when I read that one. Wow! Anyway, sorry for the novel, just cant say enough about this little SUV. If you find one that's been taken care of, even if its been used hard like mine, but taken care of, buy it.

Saturns were always the best cars for me and my wife. We owned 8 of them in total, not all at the same time of course. When we needed a cheap car, under 5k, I was delighted to find this 2009 Saturn Vue. It is solid, rides better than my Mazda CX-5, can carry more too. My only complaint isn't really a valid one. The car I bought has the 4 cylinder engine and it's just not powerful enough for my tastes. I always had 6 cylinder engines when I bought before. But in the used car market, you can't really choose your engine. Even so, it's still got enough power for pretty much everything but a quick dash into traffic on the on-ramp. I really miss my Saturns.

Owning this car for 40,000 of it's 65,000 miles I can say that the avg 24MPG out of the 250hp HONDA 3.5L V6 is all you need for an SUV. It has plenty of interior room for cargo (even has a grocery bag holder built-in!) which only gets larger when you fold down the back seats. Moved to college and back 3 years with it and this drivetrain gave me ZERO issues. It's engine is from Honda, so that's what you expect :) The transmission shifted smoothly as well. I never got stuck in the snow with it, it has good ground clearance and being FWD just pulls you along in the snow no problem. It's not the quietest car on the road, but softer tires helped that. I made a couple of upgrades to bring it to 2020 standards such as a new Bluetooth touchscreen radio (with backup camera) as well as installed a Viper 2-way remote start system. This helped tremendously with the cold Minnesota winters it endured. Would definitely recommend this vehicle if you can purchase one that has been well taken care of!

This place was absolutely wonderful. Bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta in great condition for a good price. The staff were accommodating, kind, and helpful. The manager even drove us to the bank because we didn’t have a car, very helpful and willing to negotiate on price. Can’t account for the negative reviews, but I definitely recommend these guys.

We brought this saturn vue redline in 2006 and when i traded it in it had minor issues with 292,000 as mileage used!!!! ( I like to think its longevity stems from the honda engine thats in it. LOL) I got all my moneys worth. Lol I probably would still own it if it wasnt a V6.
