A great car. I have owned a 2005 2.2 Saturn Vue base model fwd in chili pepper red since April of 2023. Bought it with 136k miles, it now has 160k miles. Only things I've done to it in that time is oil changes, steering rack, battery, spark plugs and coil assembly, tires, brakes, the ac needed serviced, installed new struts, and had new belts thrown on. I paid 3k for it used private party, have put about 1200 dollars into it over 24k miles. It is really a great car. The only reason I give low score on exterior is the panels rattle quite a bit at 20 years of age in Arizona. Interior is just cheap mid 2000s plastic fantastic. For performance, the 2.2 eco tec is not going to set a land speed record and you have to floor it pretty much everywhere to keep up with traffic. Very good option if you have a lead foot or a lot of previous speeding tickets. Although the interior is cheap the cabin is comfy. Overall I rate this 20 yr old car a 5 because it has been extremely reliable and never let me down or left me stranded.

My 2008 Redline was one of my favorite car purchases ever. I bought it as a second vehicle to cruise around with the top down. This car shocked me by it's performance. Super quick with very little turbo lag. Handling is on par with a Miata. With it's massive clam shell hood it's also super easy to work on. Not the nicest interior materials, but it's reliable and parts are readily available. My opinion is this is the perfect buy for someone looking for an affordable sports car.

Bought the Sky Redline in ruby red with black racing stripes. we like to drive the back roads in Michigan especially in the Fall. Always get "THUMB'S UP" approval. Just a fun toy to drive. If you buy a SKY get a Redline turbo: it moves!

I bought my Black 2008 Saturn Astra XR about a year and a half ago.... With 74,000 miles!.. I threw some 18 staggered wheels....With that being said... Since then I've gone down hill financially... And as a result... I haven't been able to keep up the maintenance... And even though I've driven it over 20,000 miles WITHOUT a tune up... NEVER A PROBLEM! Although it's not running it's best... Not the car's fault... LOVE the performance (Although it could use more power) I LOVE MY SATURN XR

Super great car but you must have some DIY maintenance skills! My XR 3 door all ready is clocking past 170K miles and still running strong full power. I did several upgrades from Europe: Opel Astra H GTC or Vauxhall Astra MK5 Sport Hatch to make it more suitable to the inclement weather and traffic wild conditions. The only downside is the turtle start but once past 60 MPH it becomes a nuclear turtle. I have the 5 speed manual!

I purchased an aura xr v6, 2009 with 65,000 miles. it is the top one, including some wireless headphones, dual Chrome exhaust with 6 speed auto with steering shifters and great sound system. this car is a joy to ride and it is well mantained, the parts are really cheap because it shares platforms with malibu/g6/impala, shocks, brakes, body, etc. it runs AMAZINGLY, doesn't save gas but for the power is a nice trade willing to make. It looks better than bmw serie 3 of those years by far and runs faster. the only bad thing is that the car is limited to 115 mph, the competition the top is after 140mph. just that's it. excellent ride

Couple of nice old dudes own this place. They had some good stuff for sale. Some stuff above market, some stuff at market, and a few gems below market price too. I found a nice deal on "The Boat", a 2007 Grand Marquis from them. Not perfect, but in good shape with low miles. There's a car for every budget on their lot. Probably one of the few pay-and-drive type lots left that isn't run by xxxxxx.

Definitely didn't hate driving this car on a daily basis. Having the last model year ever made, there's just something about driving a car that you know you will never see a newer version of on the road that's very satisfying (since Saturn was shut down). I can't speak for other models, but my Aura was super reliable. Up to 150k miles on it now and nothing major ever went wrong with it. It's a shame that Saturn went under since some of their later models that came out seemed to be the best looking. It's just a great, unique enough looking car that sets it apart from the Hondas and Toyotas on the road, especially for the price.

I absolutely love my Saturn Aura XR. I bought it brand new and have traveled many states and long distances in it. It is very comfortable on long trips with very good fuel mileage. The interior is lovely and I love the heated leather seats. I also love the fact that the rear and side lights dim at night. I have had it for 10 years and I'm told,it still looks like a new vehicle. People are really surprised when I tell them it is 10 years old. The paint has held up beautifully.

Bought for 4700 at 60.000 miles very clean comfy quiet drove for year. The power steering went out replaced tires and the wheel bearing at 2years! Now needs breaks and some regular maintenance. Over all very stylish and runs very strong. Great on gas. And have drove cross country. Recently changed battery. Over all the car has been very reliable now has 127.00 miles. Passing it onto my collage s daughter for collage . Hope it last at least another year. Air ice cold the sunroof has been cool feature. Highly recommend

I bought a 2009 Aura XE in 2010 and so far I have put 200010 miles on it. Bought it used with 30000 miles. It is by far the best, most reliable car I've owned and it is still running strong. Nothing but routine maintenance. I've changed spark plugs once and I change the oil and filter every 3000-4000 miles. I've changed the wiper motor once and a sensor once. I've owned a few brand new cars but none were as good as this one. Garage kept so that may contribute to it lasting for 14 years. But it's been a great car.

This is my 2nd great experience at Roseville Auto Sales. My first great experience was about 3 years ago. Todd also helped me last time, and I'd been in communication with Matt via email. However, I had just purchased a nice 2000 Ford Focus from there that had been on their lot for awhile, but I did the research beforehand so knew the history of the car etc, so knew what I was getting into. They're always laid back there, and you ask for keys for whatever car(s) you want to test drive, and you can take your time inspecting under hood, starting them, then test driving them. Once you make up your mind on a purchase, all the paperwork takes less than 30 minutes and you're out the door. Thank you Todd and Matt for a very pleasant experience, I'll be back again in a couple years. They did mention they've been open 29 years roughly and have sold over 29,000 cars, which I believe, they stay pretty busy and overall have a very good selection of cars, a lot have high miles but some have moderate miles and are very reasonable. The redline Sky is an amazing car for the money. So much fun to drive...the power and handling on this car are better than cars twice as expensive. Super reliable 2.0 4 cylinder turbo makes it a worry-free convertible. Love it!

I had a couple of these, getting another mint one this week. I got well over EPA estimates of 36 MPG, one trip nearly 41 MPG. We have 3 Saturns now, 4th is coming this week! It's a shame that GM devoured them, they are the most dependable cars ever built in the USA!

There are not many 1999 Dodge Dakota's in my region that are still road worthy or worth the price that people are asking. I saw one come up at Instant Equity Auto on cars. com. Every single person i dealt with was excellent at answering any questions I had. I flew out and was there Black Friday 2024 they helped me with taking back my rental car, and off I went 2100 miles home with a used 1999 Dakota. Was I a little stressed? xxxx yes! But, the truck was cleaner then anything I've seen. And it didn't skip a beat! 80mph or 65mph, she just kept going! I was home by Monday and she is still going strong 💪. After I got back, I had some questions about the title and everything, again everyone was extremely helpful. As with any used car, I will say do your own research, anything can happen at any time. I have owned two 2008 Saturn Vue. First one had a accident where was hit by a pickup truck doing roughly 45 mph, in the rear. The deck behind rear seats and chasis observed the impact. No one in car was hurt. Second Vue now has 213,000 miles on it. Just replaced replaced radiator. Replaced wheel bearing, caliper, rotors and tires all way around car. Good inexpensive transportation. Engine could use more guts. But it gets you down the road.

ONLY ISSUE I EXPERIENCED WAS THE CONSIDERABLE DELAY IN OBTAINING MY VEHICLE AT MOUNTAIN STATES. OTHERWISE, EVERYTHING ELSE WORKED OUT VERY FAVORABLY. SALES STAFF WENT ABOVE EXPECTATIONS AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE.

I grew up loving muscle cars, built a V8 Vega in high school, but after living in Europe for a couple of years I came back sweating for a sports car, started with a 240Z and moved to a V6 Fiero (sun roof required for extra head room). After raising a family, it was time to get back to something fun. I'm a taller person at 6'6", short legs, long in the body. Not many roadsters that I can fit in. I couldn't fit in the Miata :(, or BMW Z3, I fit in the Z4 but didn't like the styling. In 2020 I found a 2008 Sky with 28,000 miles calling my name. I'm a tall person at 6'6", so with the top up my head does poke the padded lining, with the top down when I pull up to a stop light I look at it above the windshield. Mine is an automatic as there is not enough room for even my shorter legs to run a clutch. I LOVE this car, it is my first roadster, it's a garage queen, it never sees the snowy Utah roads but it chases the canyons almost weekly during good weather!

Owned my s series for a decade, changed the brakes once, and tires once in 200,000 miles. Oil changes and ran great until it was stolen. Own a camry now, and it, as reliable as it is, still does not beat my saturn.

Our family bought this car brand new in late 2005 and it ran for nearly 20 years with no major mechanical issues whatsoever. It has a Honda J35 engine instead of a typical GM 3.5 liter, making it run much smoother than other Saturns. Occasional maintenance and attention was of course necessary along the way but no mechanical issues ever made the car unsafe to drive. HOWEVER, after about 235k miles, the front engine mount had almost entirely rusted away beyond repair and could not hold the engine in place, deeming it unsafe to drive, a shame because the car never had any major mechanical issues and was extremely dependable besides this fact. Otherwise, the car looks great with a nice interior and is fairly comfortable Overall, it is a great car and very reliable, just be sure to check that the engine mount is intact.

This car is fun to drive. I look for excuses to take a drive. In fact it's so much fun, I bought one for my wife! She was never happy with her previous cars, always something. This car has been nothing short of the bestcar she's ever owned.
