A true piece of American 2 seat Roadster manufacturing history. The Sky Turbo is a super fun to drive sports car that handles really well. Turns corners like it on rails with the 18inch tires. Everywhere I drive, it turns heads and gets the thumbs up. Whats really nice is the low cost of ownership due to American made parts and low maintenance cost. The Sky not only looks good, but is affordable. These will become highly collectible as they are approaching the 20yr classic car mark.

That was the easiest new car purchase I have EVER made. Art was the salesman. He was perfect because he owned the same model I was buying. No pressure. No hassles. Are you ready for this? No add-ons. That was a battle I was dreading. Nope, no worries. Price came in at what I was hoping it would. Wow, all the trials and tribulations I have been going through and I just needed to go to Earnhardt. My 2008 Redline was one of my favorite car purchases ever. I bought it as a second vehicle to cruise around with the top down. This car shocked me by it's performance. Super quick with very little turbo lag. Handling is on par with a Miata. With it's massive clam shell hood it's also super easy to work on. Not the nicest interior materials, but it's reliable and parts are readily available. My opinion is this is the perfect buy for someone looking for an affordable sports car.

The redline Sky is an amazing car for the money. So much fun to drive...the power and handling on this car are better than cars twice as expensive. Super reliable 2.0 4 cylinder turbo makes it a worry-free convertible. Love it!

I am an old guy. I am not right off the turnip truck. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. When buying a car, I immediately tighten my chin strap and revert to Launch Missile readiness. None of that was necessary in my dealings with Salit Auto Sales. My rather rigid expectations were met, and then some. I mean, I am not one of those New Wave Morality dudes; my thing is old fashioned integrity. And I bought my new – and you’d think it was - very low mileage Mercury Grand Marquis at the right place, sight unseen, and then shipped it 3,000 miles. In all my years – and I won’t tell you how many that is – I have never had a car buying experience like this one. Steve, Mike, and Alan took care of everything. With a professional flair. Without excuses. I was, and remain, stunned. Even if you don’t need a car, go buy one from these guys. I hereby confer the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval on Salit Auto Sales.

I grew up loving muscle cars, built a V8 Vega in high school, but after living in Europe for a couple of years I came back sweating for a sports car, started with a 240Z and moved to a V6 Fiero (sun roof required for extra head room). After raising a family, it was time to get back to something fun. I'm a taller person at 6'6", short legs, long in the body. Not many roadsters that I can fit in. I couldn't fit in the Miata :(, or BMW Z3, I fit in the Z4 but didn't like the styling. In 2020 I found a 2008 Sky with 28,000 miles calling my name. I'm a tall person at 6'6", so with the top up my head does poke the padded lining, with the top down when I pull up to a stop light I look at it above the windshield. Mine is an automatic as there is not enough room for even my shorter legs to run a clutch. I LOVE this car, it is my first roadster, it's a garage queen, it never sees the snowy Utah roads but it chases the canyons almost weekly during good weather!

Our family bought this car brand new in late 2005 and it ran for nearly 20 years with no major mechanical issues whatsoever. It has a Honda J35 engine instead of a typical GM 3.5 liter, making it run much smoother than other Saturns. Occasional maintenance and attention was of course necessary along the way but no mechanical issues ever made the car unsafe to drive. HOWEVER, after about 235k miles, the front engine mount had almost entirely rusted away beyond repair and could not hold the engine in place, deeming it unsafe to drive, a shame because the car never had any major mechanical issues and was extremely dependable besides this fact. Otherwise, the car looks great with a nice interior and is fairly comfortable Overall, it is a great car and very reliable, just be sure to check that the engine mount is intact.

Bought the Sky Redline in ruby red with black racing stripes. we like to drive the back roads in Michigan especially in the Fall. Always get "THUMB'S UP" approval. Just a fun toy to drive. If you buy a SKY get a Redline turbo: it moves!

I have owned two 2008 Saturn Vue. First one had a accident where was hit by a pickup truck doing roughly 45 mph, in the rear. The deck behind rear seats and chasis observed the impact. No one in car was hurt. Second Vue now has 213,000 miles on it. Just replaced replaced radiator. Replaced wheel bearing, caliper, rotors and tires all way around car. Good inexpensive transportation. Engine could use more guts. But it gets you down the road.

Years ago I used to own a few sports roadsters. This car reminds me of those good times, driving down winding country roads with the top down. My wife shares her love of those types of cars with me. This ones for her.

A great car. I have owned a 2005 2.2 Saturn Vue base model fwd in chili pepper red since April of 2023. Bought it with 136k miles, it now has 160k miles. Only things I've done to it in that time is oil changes, steering rack, battery, spark plugs and coil assembly, tires, brakes, the ac needed serviced, installed new struts, and had new belts thrown on. I paid 3k for it used private party, have put about 1200 dollars into it over 24k miles. It is really a great car. The only reason I give low score on exterior is the panels rattle quite a bit at 20 years of age in Arizona. Interior is just cheap mid 2000s plastic fantastic. For performance, the 2.2 eco tec is not going to set a land speed record and you have to floor it pretty much everywhere to keep up with traffic. Very good option if you have a lead foot or a lot of previous speeding tickets. Although the interior is cheap the cabin is comfy. Overall I rate this 20 yr old car a 5 because it has been extremely reliable and never let me down or left me stranded.

After driving my dying 2002 Subaru into Candor's lot back in December 2023, I bought a beautiful Hyundai Elantra SE from Bruce. That car was perfect. 35 days later i got rearended and it was totaled. The insurance adjuster's value was, to put it kindly, not in my favor. A little disheartened and disappointed, i headed back to see Bruce at Candor. He told me not to worry, and that he'll take care of me. Today I drove out with a car i didn't think i could afford in my wildest dreams. Candor Auto is not just a car dealship. This car is fun to drive. I look for excuses to take a drive. In fact it's so much fun, I bought one for my wife! She was never happy with her previous cars, always something. This car has been nothing short of the bestcar she's ever owned.

This convertible is very fun to drive, especially with the top down. Handling and cornering is very good. Never a problem of any kind, mechanical or otherwise.

I went to purchase a Saturn Vue in 2009 because i needed to tow my boat. I saw the Saturn Sky and fell in love. But i needed the Vue at the time. I owned the Vue (SUV) for 7 years. Saturn makes a great product. I finally bought a 2007 Saturn Redline with 16,000 miles on it. It looks like it came off the showroom floor. It's performance is amazing as the same for its looks!

I've had all types of performance cars from Mustangs to Vipers, but this Redline version of the car out-performs all of them in performance and fun factor!
