I purchased an aura xr v6, 2009 with 65,000 miles. it is the top one, including some wireless headphones, dual Chrome exhaust with 6 speed auto with steering shifters and great sound system. this car is a joy to ride and it is well mantained, the parts are really cheap because it shares platforms with malibu/g6/impala, shocks, brakes, body, etc. it runs AMAZINGLY, doesn't save gas but for the power is a nice trade willing to make. It looks better than bmw serie 3 of those years by far and runs faster. the only bad thing is that the car is limited to 115 mph, the competition the top is after 140mph. just that's it. excellent ride

I think that a lot of reviewers have under-rated this car. Saturn did modestly with new sales of the L-car, but it is a bonanza for guys like me who were in the market for a good used car value. The car is unfairly compared to Japanese imports which cost a lot more money. My Saturn is fast, handles well, and the leather seats and other appointments make it very comfortable and enjoyable. At $6,000 less expensive than a Japanese rival, it represented the best bang for my buck. The black paint and polished aluminum wheels on my car don't hurt matters, either. I would recommend one of these to anybody.

I bought a 2009 Aura XE in 2010 and so far I have put 200010 miles on it. Bought it used with 30000 miles. It is by far the best, most reliable car I've owned and it is still running strong. Nothing but routine maintenance. I've changed spark plugs once and I change the oil and filter every 3000-4000 miles. I've changed the wiper motor once and a sensor once. I've owned a few brand new cars but none were as good as this one. Garage kept so that may contribute to it lasting for 14 years. But it's been a great car.

This car was everything I was looking for at this stage of my life. It had 3 owners but no accidents and only 96,000 miles. This car is known to be reliable. The exterior and interior are nothing too fancy but it has the necessities (functioning windows, A/C, mid size sedan space, decent trunk space, etc). Saturn is no longer in business so some have had issues finding parts and repairs may be expensive. But as Saturn was part of GMC, it may not be as difficult as one might think.

This car has paddle shifter, heated seats and good mileage. I haven't had any problems with this car. Lots of legroom. I would recommend my friend to get this car

Bought for 4700 at 60.000 miles very clean comfy quiet drove for year. The power steering went out replaced tires and the wheel bearing at 2years! Now needs breaks and some regular maintenance. Over all very stylish and runs very strong. Great on gas. And have drove cross country. Recently changed battery. Over all the car has been very reliable now has 127.00 miles. Passing it onto my collage s daughter for collage . Hope it last at least another year. Air ice cold the sunroof has been cool feature. Highly recommend

Definitely didn't hate driving this car on a daily basis. Having the last model year ever made, there's just something about driving a car that you know you will never see a newer version of on the road that's very satisfying (since Saturn was shut down). I can't speak for other models, but my Aura was super reliable. Up to 150k miles on it now and nothing major ever went wrong with it. It's a shame that Saturn went under since some of their later models that came out seemed to be the best looking. It's just a great, unique enough looking car that sets it apart from the Hondas and Toyotas on the road, especially for the price.

This is my first car. I bought it with 168,000 miles on it, and had to replace the fuel pump ($500). After that, I’ve driven the car back and forth without any major issues. I drove from Florida to Massachusetts in two days - with 11-hour drives each day - and the car behave perfectly. It has never let me down since I bought it. Considering the price I bought it from, it is extremely reliable and pretty good-looking. It also has more than enough space for you and your partner, and spacious trunk for storage. I cannot describe in words how amazing this little car is. My car is about to hit the 200,000 miles on it and still drives smooth down the road. The only bad thing that I could say about this car is the leg space in the rear seats. Even though it’s enough for people to put their legs, it seems to be a little tight for them. Other than that, the design is fun and comfortable overall. The original audio system is above other competitors from the same year. What a shame GM discontinued this brand!!

I bought the car I had to put in a radiator water pump and thermostat. I did the work myself cost me less than 300 bucks and in the shop it would’ve cost me $3000. I’ve never done anything else to the car except tires and an oil change constantly and I have 190,000 miles and it starts right up no problems and the motor is very powerful for the car

I got my Saturn Ion new back in 2007. I wanted an affordable black car with a manual transmission. This car has been a rock for me. I've put on new all season tires a few years back. In this past summer, 2024(158,000 miles), I had to replace the brakes. Outside of regular maintenance(oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes) that is all I have had to do! Mine is a manual transmission, which has been very helpful controlling the vehicle in the snow here in MN. I am very grateful for my Saturn and happy to share the feedback.

THEY USUALLY HAVE A VAST VARIETY OF CHOICES. LIKE EVERY THING ELSE IF YOU ARE A CAR GUY, LIKE MYSELF 1 KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR. iF i HAD ANY DOUBT, THEIR IS A MECHANIC I DEAL WITH AND HE CHECK THE UNDERNEATH CAUSE THAT'S THE ONLY THING YOU CANNOT SEE. OTHER THAN THAT GREATEST SHOW IN TOWN FOR A CHEAP RIDE.

I absolutely love my Saturn Aura XR. I bought it brand new and have traveled many states and long distances in it. It is very comfortable on long trips with very good fuel mileage. The interior is lovely and I love the heated leather seats. I also love the fact that the rear and side lights dim at night. I have had it for 10 years and I'm told,it still looks like a new vehicle. People are really surprised when I tell them it is 10 years old. The paint has held up beautifully.

I've owned my 2007 Saturn Ion 3 for 16 years and have only had one small repair. Had a small leak in the gas tank and that is all. This is the most reliable car I've ever owned.

I bought my 2007 Saturn Ion with 90,000 miles on it. It gets 32 mpg and is low cost to maintenance. I had to put $3,200 into it after I hit 140,000 miles, but that was most likely because the last owner did not keep good care of it. Great city car!!!

I live in Northwest Ohio and did an exhaustive search for a few different makes and models of interest. One of my top choices was a white Lincoln MKZ with tan interior. I found one in Akron at Akron Auto Sales. First thought was an hour and forty five minute drive just to look at it. Then I started doing my homework. The car passed all of my criteria especially with plenty of good pictures and a link to the car fax right there. Their cars are personally cherry picked from local new car dealer trade ins and not purchased at auctions. Now I have to figure out if this place is worth my time. With a fine tooth comb I read every review, testimonial and anything I can find on them. Outstanding. They are BBB A+ accredited and never had a complaint in over 30 years. They have a repair shop and mechanics right there to not only back up their warranty but perform service for anyone looking for repair. Very happy with what I found out I made a call and spoke to one of the owners. Dave is an incredibly sharp guy and we had great conversation with not a hint of the car salesperson in him. I liked not having to fend off the usual and customary predatory practices out of the gate. After the call I decided to make the trek. I called back to arrange seeing the car and spoke to the other owner Rachael who is absolutely awesome! She has the most effervescent personality and just like her brother she didn't come off as a car salesperson. Bonus! I am not a fan of car salespeople and am always on guard which is the reason I prefer private owners. Now two phone calls with very nice people don't make a deal but I had all of the reviews living rent free in my head and my intuition told me to take the shot. From the instant you walk through their door you have one minute before your car buying experience and expectations will be changed forever. If you're out shopping and you put on your Teflon suit preparing for the car selling tactics, sales pitches, cloaked scenes you're in for a very pleasant surprise here. My Saturn ion is that 201,000+ miles. I have not had any major issues, mostly just Maintenance. I do notice an electrical problem. It’s been there since I got the car. I just don’t have the money to pay a mechanic to find the problem.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. I live near Ocala and he even offered to drive me home if I needed it and called to make sure I arrived safe can't expressed the service I got from this amazing company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Love it rides great its fully loaded heated seats moon roof only issue im.having is the exhaust other then that I can drive 162 miles and use a little over a 1/ 4 tank of gas I bought fir 500.00 I woodnt sell it fir nothing

I bought my 2006 Saturn ion at 193,000 miles for $550. My ex got into a accident when it hit 240,000. It was such a reliable and strong car! Replaced some filters, battery, alternator, and also had to replace radiator due to running over a raccoon on accident :( I went back and forth a lot in that car doing doordash. I would definitely recommend that car to anyone who’s looking for something that’s cheap and reliable.

I still drive mines, I got in 2013 and 10 years later she still drives very good. I only had to get a fuel pump 2x and replace some fuses. It has 26,000 now The best car I ever had.
