She was polite, cordial, and extremely professional throughout the process, as were the other staff people in the office. The entire process went very smoothly. My family got the XE model of this car new, and it was passed down to me when I started High School as my first car, which my sister and I drove until just this past month when we sold it at about 200k Miles. This thing was trooper and the most reliable car we've owned by far. We barely had to do any work on it other than the regular maintenance (the singular problem we had was the fan belt breaking and that was an easy fix on our own), it handled well, it got through snow, mud and rain just fine, and it was overall just a solid car. They genuinely do not make them like this anymore and if you can find one in near new condition, I definitely recommend it for anyone that needs something reliable to just drive around and not have to worry.
