I have not yet visited this dealer however there follow up on my buyer inquiry was professional and efficient. I was asked whether I wanted to set up an appointment to see the car and also if I had any questions. I will write anothEr review when I see the facility in person./buy a car.

No, the car i thought it was.. Crank shaft position sensors keep going out, oil get dark quickly after oil change, sometime hard cold start in mornings, lack of speed will no go over 90mph no matter what, and it has a bad A/C unit Heat issuse, will not blow hot air in winter, car programing ECM issuses....
I had a fantastic experience with dotcom auto. Payam is a down to earth guy that isn't in it to make a dollar. They cared for my truck and followed up and even went the extra mile in my opinon. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone and I'm already pitching dotcom auto to my friends.
A very reliable car

This car was perfect and it was the perfect colors, size, there was plenty of leg room, enough room in the back for other passengers, and low miles.
Daniel was a great salesman and the whole crew bent over backwards to accommodate and get me into the car I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to return if I was in the market for another car.
Like New With 107,000 Miles Saturn VUE XR 3.6 AWD

I am 77 and this is only the second used car I have purchased in the last 40 years. I was very surprised at it's good condition (interior, rust) and lack of any problems with things such as gauges, knobs, door handles, lights etc. The design is still current and the interior room is good for me. I'll update the lighting LED's and add some extras like performance exhaust, WT mats, wheels etc. This is the first American brand I have purchased in 29 years. I am surprised at the overall good quality of the car. It drives like other small 2017 SUV's I've driven i.e. Ok but not like sedans. I had a Lexus RX350 which was a better driver. It has plenty of power but poor mpg. Surprised US buyers let this car ( as the Captiva) disappear. It would be a good home for a 3L double turbo and 8 speed. I must admit it is too heavy (4000+) as is to be competitive with newer small SUV's. Great car for someone who only drives 5,000 mile per year in the snowy north.
Still going strong when I donated it this year with 250000+ miles. Basic model, but had SiriusXM, fold down 60/40 back seat, only three batteries, 4 sets of tires, drove all over Blue Ridge Mts, great on snow with only front wheel drive.
I am actually gearing up to buy my 2nd Saturn VUE. I owned a 2008 XE & getting another XE or maybe XR just because she's a great car. I really hate that Saturn had to go. Amazing customer service, great vehicles. At least they left a legacy. The VUE is perfect for me as a single. Not too big or small, great gas mileage in the 4cyl, front passenger seat folds flat. She's EVERYTHING I love in a car.

I had nothing but excellent service in regards to Darcars of Fairfax facility. The experience from car buying “Eric” to management providing me with the certainty of any issues “IJ” to the service department showing pure professionalism. I really appreciate this experience.
So far so good

Got mine a month ago with 129,000 on it, only issue I have is the ABS/TC lights are on but it stops just fine, replaced all four wheel sensors, (which the dealer said was the problem) and the lights are still on. Other than that I love this vehicle, It has ample power with the Honda 3.5 motor/transmission in it. Living in Wisconsin the salt is hard on cars but with the Vue it doesn't rust.
Great customer service and all around a great experience. No hassle very personal no stuck up suit and tie to try to convince you to get into a payment you can’t afford very reasonable with pricing and up front no hidden fees or pricing will recommend to others

my mom just gave it to me, 2004, manual speed with only 48000 miles on it. on oahu, shes 83 yrs old and bought it spanking new. outside trim collects lots of dirt around and under it. inside feels like your driving a go cart that feels top heavy. when your making turns and hit a small little bump you can feel and hear the noise like some arm is gonna break, creaking noises, alot of it is plastic so try not to touch anything, ie int. lighting switch or dont press the hazard swich cause it may fall inside. the the mechanism that holds the shifter is made outta plastic it already broke once at 30000 miles. the door locks are a pain in the xxx. when you drive it locks, i would like to lock my own door not have it done for me. so i took the fuse out so each person can open it themselves or lock it. if you have to stop here and ther to deliver things while the car is running you have to use the open door button thingy whatever the heck you call it. the ac puts out cool air but when the suns out with the big front windshield it cancells ot out, you dont get cool at all you start to get in between cool and warm. very uncomfortable. i just end up putting the window down. keep all the rubber seals around the windows and doors clean, months ago,.. thanks mom..
I bought this car in 2014 with 67,000 miles. The first 6 months, had no issues. I'm not sure how well it was maintained before it got to me, but eventually the power steering went out. Which led to me buying multiple things of power steering fluid. I went and got it checked out, and the rick and pinion needed replaced which came to be around $700! Tires have been hard to find due to the size it needs. About 5 months after the power steering was finally fixed, the heat went out and caused the car to over heat, very easily. Took it to a mechanic and there was some type of tube that was filled and clogged, so once it was cleaned out, it did just fine. This car is paid off, but I'm currently looking for a newer vehicle due to a growing family and needing more room. If it didn't have the power steering issue, it was a great first car.
Awesome staff, very sociable and helpful! Mike and Sam made sure my vehicle was in top tier condition on day one and continued to help after the sale.
