Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

This was my wife's first car, so we definitely have that bias. She loves it, however even for her it's a bit short. The visibility is low over the dash, pedals are a bit sensitive, but could just be a specific issue for ours. Runs well, quick little car.

Great car for the money. You cant go wrong with a Toyota. This is hatchback with fold down rear seats. Lots of room. Great on gas. Low maintenance costs.

It's great on gas and because of the compact size it's easy to park. For its small size it has plenty of cargo space. I have no complaints.

The Scion IQ was meant to be a city car whose small design would fit anywhere and ease through city traffic. Much like a smart car but with a back seat. I, however, drove it everywhere and back. Sometimes with every seatbelt in use. I never had one single problem with the car outside of general maintenance. The exterior and interior design was eye catching yet simple of enough to keep me excited while owning it. It also sparked many conversations when at the pump or the store. Everybody loved it. The IQ has the cute factor that the beetle did back in the 60s. Mine was fully loaded with the pioneer audio system, spoiler, and changeable interior illumination (which was my personal favorite feature). I sold my car to my partner who is also loving the car. The only reason I got rid of it was because I wanted something I could Uber in (a 4-door) during the week when I?m off and something with cruise control (which can be installed aftermarket on the IQ). This car is a great value and an eye catcher, and I?d recommend it to anyone.

Extremely good honest team of people to work with. Would recommend for your next used car. They were super to deal with when a warranty issue arose also. If you actually LIKE high pressure & sneaky tactics this is NOT the place to go :-) My only regret is not having learned of these folks sooner when I was purchasing cars for my daughters. Tri-City you have truly earned a repeat customer !

The little thing is GREAT. Its quiet. It has power. It's roomy has plenty of space. The stereo works great. The gas mileage is BETTER THAN AVERAGE. ITS WELL WORTH BUYING. The car is roomy, seats fold completely flat and will fold down one at a time or both them at the same time. Has 6 air bags. You have plenty room in the back to stretch your legs. You can pack this little car with a lot of stuff med small and some large items. You can put 5 foot long items on one side and up to 3 foot wide if shorter than 5 foot. Dependable reliable cost effective maintenance is average basic oil changes and filter filters and the other as right tranny service coolant blush is as it needed it is a excellent vehicle for its price

I got preapproved foubs the vehicle I wanted online and had it shipped to the Morse Road location. I have had absolutely no priblem qith my car since I bought it last year. It was clean inside and out and the service was awesome. When i go to buy another vehicle I will return. I will recommend them also. GREAR JOB!!!

I bought new in 2013. Its a good reliable car. Its now 10 yrs old and I probably could get 10 More years. Very low maintenance. Just normal things like reg oil changes and tune ups. My only complaints are a rough ride. I suggest getting one size larger in tires. That helps with road noise. Its a tight fit up front. Not much elbow room with a passenger and seats are very hard . I suggest buying padded seat covers. Would I buy another ? Dont think so. I need more comfort

Best car I have ever had ,I bought it 9yrs ago not 1 problem till now and the brake system has gone crazy been trying to fix it for 8 months,replaced all parts still no brakes! I'm so broken hearted about it,I love this little car

I bought my 2006 XA in 2019 with 112,000 miles on it. It has a little over 300,000 miles on it now. I change my oil every 3,000/3,500 miles. I have replaced the plugs once when I first bought it, and put new brake pads on it. I just now put new rotors and brake pads on it too. The air has worked great this whole time. It is a 5 speed manual, and the clutch is still doing good. Great car. My guess is about 33 MPG overall. I love this car. I'm looking to buy another one.

Auto Paddock is a breath of fresh air in the car-shopping space. It's casual, relaxed and personal -- very much like dealing with a private-party -- but it has the inventory, information and facilities of a dealership, all without any pressure or sales xx. Some big plusses of Auto Paddock: * very cool, knowledgeable, straightforward owners * nice inventory with many rarer-spec, enthusiast cars * reasonable prices better than the competition for similar models * low-stress vibe Since they're local to me, I visited them 3 times as I was considering a 911 they had for sale. Initially, the car wasn't ready because they had just gotten it in. The tires were too worn to do a proper test-drive but Sheldon (one of the owners) was completely accommodating and let me check it out on the lot. He also went over the things they found during intake of the car and outlined the maintenance they planned to perform to bring it up to spec. When it was ready, Sheldon let me test-drive the car on two different occasions because he wanted to have the PDK recalibrated (shifting was a little wonky on the first drive). He never displayed any pushiness or expectations, even letting me test-drive alone which allowed me to get a good feel for the car. It was almost like being with a fellow enthusiast at Cars and Coffee that was planning to sell their car and we were just hanging out trying to determine if this was the right fit. I really loved the car and was very close to buying it. But during the time it was receiving PDK recalibration, another 911 came along of a similar spec but rarer color combo with lower mileage. So I ultimately bought that one instead. But because of the excellent experience I had with Sheldon, I was torn and it was difficult to pass on their 911. I would highly recommend Auto Paddock. Sheldon and Tony (F & I person) were excellent to deal with. And although I didn't end up buying their 911, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future, perhaps on a trade or maybe if they get in an F80 M3 that I like. Go check them out because they're awesome and have really differentiated themselves in the car-buying space.

You will feel every bump in the road as you pass by multiple gas stations! Average mpg for me is pushing 40. It's a commuter car so as long as the radio works, who cares about the ride!

I enjoy driving this little car, takes care of my basic transportation needs. No problems, have regular service, needs a decent overhead light and a better glove box; currently under the passenger seat and diffictlt to access for a short person. I am still getting interested comments from men after six years of driving this little care after retirement. Has been a fun car, the boxy built has been an asset in carrying all types o f objects. I understand they are no longer making this car in the future, I hope to keep it as long as it provides good basic service.

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. If you want the super reliability of a Toyota, with a little less of the monotonous styling (while still being kind of monotone, the xD is the car for you. I started out leasing this car as a gift for graduating college. It is a great vehicle (when it was produced) for those who are just starting out and need a nice, and ridiculously reliable car to travel to work, get stuck in traffic in, and go on weekend trips in. It certainly isn't the most comfortable on longer trips (my wife and I used it to travel 250 miles from where we lived in Vermont back to our hometowns in New Jersey). The seats surfaces start to feel even harder after 5 of sitting (even with breaks). However, I've found the car to be incredibly versatile for how small it is. With back seats folded down, you can fit two large rolling luggage bags, two cat carriers, and multiple shopping bags with relative ease (and a resourceful person loading the car). The initial value for the money is great if you buy flat out (not a fan of leasing as I got a job a few states away soon after getting the car and started putting a lot of miles on it, screwing me in the end lease-wise). The xD is Toyota reliable. Never had any issues other than the regular maintenance costs. Overall a great buy when new and certainly a bargain when used.

The senior sales person, Eric, was beyond helpful, also very kind and understood my potential concerns with the car. He researched while Tyra and I were on the test drive. Alex Lake, the financial person I met with was even kind, sensitive to my wants. Out of 3 dealerships I dealt with while car shopping, this was the only one that gave me a fun and positive experience.

I bought this car for my daughter who is attending college in Arizona. All of the reviews were very good. I drove the car from Virginia to Arizona and have to say this little car did extremely well driving across country. For a small car it is actually comfortable and easy to drive. It did well in open road and traffic. Gas Milage was excellent! I am very happy with the car and my daughter loved the surprise!

This was our second time working with Derrick Buccacio and finding a vehicle we love. Derrick is always personable and professional. He doesn’t pressure you into things and is honest. One thing that stands out with me about him is he always gets back to you whether he thinks he’s making a sale or not. Love this car. Definitely better for small stature people and is no tank in the snow, but a great all around car
