2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

2023 Toyota Tacoma review
I’ve owned Toyota’s for over 20 years and have not been disappointed. My 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 keeps that tradition. I bought the 23 model year for the naturally aspirated V6 engine given that in 24 the model went to a 4 cylinder turbo. I’ve only had it for a month but love everything about it. I stopped in with my son to trade for a new Tundra about 5 years ago. I couldn't believe the effort, of his sales rep, in assisting him in getting the exact deal he wanted. I went back the next available day to see if she would do the same for me and much to my amazement she did. My son purchased a new Tundra earlier this year and I just purchased a new Tundra a week ago. Their TV ad is no lie. They have consistently offered more for my trade, and I contact multiple dealers in multiple states. Jessica Allen worked with us on; our trade in value, any incentives available and our purchase agreement. NEVER has she come back to us saying "My sales manager won't allow" OR "Our finance manager says we can't". The deal is; straight up, straight forward and probably one of the last bastions of honest dealing. I have recommended Waite Toyota & Jessica Allen to those who have asked me about my purchase experience. I don't know if all of the sales people are taught to this standard or if it's personal ethics on her part BUT I admire these traits in people I deal with. I've talked to sales people who have bragged about their numbers and Jessica has yet come in second against any of them. (Not once have I even heard her brag about beating their deal.) I just find it hard to believe myself.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LD review
Purchased a 2019 Silverado RST Double Cab, & was immediately impressed with the power in quickness of the 5.3. Had one issue with torque converter which dealer replaced for free due to purchasing the extended warranty. I kinda wish the leather seat had and arm rest, but other than that for the past 9-months it has been the most comfortable and quickest truck I have ever owned. And I have owned quite a few since 1978. Very fine truck the Silverado RST. But always watch your speedometer. You can be driving down the road thinking you’re doing the speed limit and you’re actually running 15 20 mph faster. The only reason I knew I was going too fast was I was passing cars more than usual. You just don’t realize how fast you’re going due to the power and the smooth ride in these Silverado RST’s. I’ve owned a lot of trucks and I would highly recommend this truck for anybody looking for one.

A great factory set up to start modifications. Upgrade OTT tune to rid gear hunting, seat jackers for better ride comfort. Add a leaf or suspension helper in rear to plant rear tires, upgrade front and rear shocks. Front factory springs pair perfectly with bilstein 5100s for better offroad handling.

2016 Honda HR-V review
Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I purchased my 2018 Silverado LT Z71 crew cab, 5.4 litre V8 in April of 2018 as a business vehicle with the express purpose of towing a 5x10 trailer (1000+ lbs.) 20+ weekends per year. The majority of the time, the truck sits in my driveway until I need to pull the trailer. Even with the trailer and truck bed fully loaded down, and using Trailer Mode, the truck performs flawlessly. It had 16 miles on the odometer when I drove it off the dealership lot. Granted, I have driven it for a couple of 300 mile trips to the coast and back, but other than that, it's only used for business. It has never been driven hard. The 4 wheel drive works incredibly well. As of today, 8-25-2026, the odometer has 43,356 actual miles on it. I have lovingly maintained the truck since purchasing it, with regular and routine oil changes, tire rotation and chassis lube when needed. It has been the best vehicle that I have ever owned. I always get the same reaction from the CSR's at the dealership where I purchased it when I bring it in - "You don't drive this truck much do you?" - Always makes me smile. My daily driver is a 2016 GMC Canyon V6, which has been shown the same amount of love and care. The only issue it has ever given me, is a programming issue with the touchscreen, but a factory reset fixed that issue.
