My husband always took his Jeep to this dealership for his oil changes ever since we moved here to TN in 2018. This place is much cheaper than Knoxville and Joe said he working on building better customer service!! So I trust his words!

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

The experience with this dealership was spot on. Very kind salesman (Mike Smith), and very much informed of the details of the car. He worked with me to get the price that I felt I could live with. Unfortunately, the sale didn’t happen due to a move of household goods that was needing attention and that took precedence. THANK YOU ……. for all the good that came from start to finish. I love my 2lt 2023 Malibu. I drives fantastic! I would recommend this car too my family members. Great value for the money. Beautiful looking car.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

The very best non "luxury" full size 4 door. The usual Toyota top shelf fit & finish, styling & dependability. Best feature, for us, 27-36 long distance mpg in a roomy, roomy (Im 6'2") interior. Also Imao, sharper looks than its Lexus cousin.

The AVALON LIMITED is an extremely reliable and comfortable sedan offering many extras, including leather seats, sunroof/moonroof, dual climate system, 3 different driving modes; ECO/Normal/Sport, and much more. We drove this car for 10 years and didn't have a lick of trouble with engine or any serious defects. Just complete all mfr suggested maintenance and this car will keep you rolling in style!

I have been working with this dealership since they just started operating there previous location on 25. I have always been treated with respect, and a generous proportion of urgency. The last vehicle I bought from them a 2019 Ford F-150 was actually after normal business hours, and everyone stayed over and haggled with me like and good buyer needs haha. I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

My 2008 Touring Sebring is approaching 16 years and it’s been the best. With only 129,000 km, the only repairs have been 2 brake jobs and new tires. It is comfortable and very reliable. The only down side has been the inevitable spots of rust due to the salt placed on our maritime roads in winter. I undercoat yearly and remove rust when I notice it in a body shop. Love this car 💕
