This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

Our experience with Parker Honda has been terrific. We just traded a vehicle that we had from them to lease a new 2023 Honda HR-V EX-L. Our dealer representative, Rick Puruleski, was great. He listened well, he explained things well, and he had excellent knowledge of the vehicle we leased and others. He was very amiable and professional. What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. We recently purchased a used lease vehicle from Parker Honda Morehead City, NC. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! My expectations at first were that fairness and good treatment can not be found at a car dealership. Parker and in particular, Mark Polk have disproved my assumptions. He and they have gone beyond to aid in this transaction. I live in Massachusetts, so I am an out of state buyer. The vehicle was my Mother's recently expired lease vehicle. Mark helped navigate the transfer of ownership from his state to mine and it has been a rewarding process. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time
