I had driven 7 Jeep’s between NH and MA at 7 dealerships. Aristedes was the only person that really knew the Jeep; he was the only one to point out there are radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel. Aristedes no pressure knowledge about the vehicle approach makes him the best car shopping experience ever. When I heard Poulin was being Key I called looking to find out if I was going to want this new dealership...there were three things I wanted to know...is Aristedes still there? Cuz my car salesperson is more like a friend and I can still call and ask him anything. Is Jeremy there? Cuz when you can actually look forward to talking to your service guy he is something special. Do I still have Jill? My powerhouse technician that makes tossing my wheels around look easy (trust me the guys will tell you it’s not) and meticulous attention to detail makes my the customer side of getting your car serviced simple. I am 45 minutes away from them and I always take my Jeep back because I don’t want to deal with anyone else.

After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

My Subaru was having a transmission issue. I was in the area and decided to take a look at Toyota. Was about to leave and saw what I wanted. Andrew came out and chatted with us. What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

I recently had the experience of working with Casey to purchase a new car at Rochester VW. I have bought many new cars and I would like to say that this was the easiest purchase I have ever had. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

It’s a sport car! Can get a honda or toyota with the same price but basic features. Totally worth the value. This is good for personal and family use.

This car met all my needs throughout the time I have owned it, really really reliable car, really good on gas, and just plain out amazing.

I came to Village Motors to look at a car that was listed online at a very reasonable price. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, and it was at the high end of my price range, but it was in excellent shape, super clean, had been reconditioned thoroughly, and it was a great value for the price, which was around the fair trade-in value. While I did eventually find and buy a car elsewhere that met all my criteria, I would have no hesitation buying a car from them in the future, and I would be confident sending friends and family to them as well. The sales staff is low pressure and very knowledgeable. I also got the sense that they would be an honest, reliable place for repairs.

These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Somersworth Wanted me to drive down and have my car gone over for a better trade in value. They were great at getting back to me by text message and email. I was just browsing and couldn't make it to NH.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Great as usual Kevin B. is the best master mechanic that people travel from other states to see. Will the service adviser is equally as good at servicing and comunication.

I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.
