When I think of car purchases I think of not so happy times. Typically I go from buying a car to being sold one. But not this time. Our salesman Jake Roberts actually listened to what we did, and did not want. There was no pressure to change our our original wants just to get a good deal,in fact he worked with us to find what we were looking for, at a great price. Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

From the “telephone voice” of the dealership, Cheyenne to the sales consultant Allen Parsons to the general manager Athony and the finance manager Laurie, you the customer are the first priority. There was no pressure fto purchase nor was there any pressure to buy up sell items or trim lines that were unnecessary. Instead, I was allowed to express what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. Allen introduced me to the s5 I expressed an interest in, thoroughly explained it’s operating system and features and then, let me take it for an extensive test drive. The test drive was with my son and I alone. We were able to spend time with the car and see if it really met our needs. There was no pressure to buy nor was there any sales hype. Anthony came in after I was fairly certain that I wanted to buy this particular S5. We spoke about my financial parameters and he and Laurie pulled a rabbit out of their respective hats. I was able to get this car with financial terms that made sense for me. They gave me a fair trade in allowance and the s5 price was very good. No haggling, no "let me speak with my manager". They gave their best shot right out of the box. I really appreciated that. Laurie also found an extraordinary interest rate for the car loan. In fact it was far better than I had already obtained on a prequalification from the lowest cost lender I found on my own. In short, Audi Cape COD respected me, listen to what I was saying and helped me to purchase the car I wanted under fair terms. They earned my business and t he opportunity for my future business. I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Stopped on the way home because the heater fan was making strange noises and vibrated. The mechanic immediately checked it out, diagnosed the problem and, even though it was close to closing time, offered to fix it right away. He expertly took apart the dash, showed me the reason for the noise (a rodent built a nest in the fan compartment) and quickly, fixed and disinfected it. This was already past closing hours. The dealership also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle. Impressive expertise and customer service that blew me away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I am a tough customer demanding the best and this dealership exceeded on all counts. Highly recommend them.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

Terrific dealership. Very responsive to customers. There was very accurate reporting of the check-up process and it was all done on time.

Brakes needed replacement at low mileage (20k). Car hasnt had any other major problems. The auto stop start has been getting a bit rough and I expect to replace the starter sometime soon. Great gas mileage before hitting 100k miles 30 city / 35 highway. After 100k miles I average 23 city / 28 highway. Car has become slightly slower as mileage has gone up but still great performance. This car was floored multiple times everyday of ownership and I averaged 48k miles a year on this car. This little hybrid has been abused and beat daily and is still running great. This car came maxed out with a steep cost of over 50k and depreciation has affected this car heavily due to mileage per year.

Everyone at Ira Toyota was great especially Eric. He kept me filled in on what was going on. Taking care of the insurance adjuster to explaining all the damage. Also letting me know what should be done.

I own a Lexus GS and this car is quality equal to my Lexus..and $17,000 less ..love some of the options my Lexus doesn’t offer..mod, birds eye view cameras, parking Side cameras ..standard q70 ,,only downside is premature rear brake wear…repair cost about the same as Lexus…

I have the 2021 XSE Nightshade edition. Runs super smooth and great for long trips. Bought it new and have had no issues only compliments from other Toyota owners. This car will probably outlast me. Gas mileage is awesome. Less power but that’s what you sacrifice when getting the hybrid so it’s worth the trade off.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

Their costs are reasonable for all services and cheaper than many (e.g., oil change here is cheaper than at Jiffy Lube). I have confidence that what they tell me is needed, is what is needed. I appreciate the low pressure and honesty of this dealership! I was really taken advantage of by a different local Toyota dealer and refuse to do business them anymore. So, I called Falmouth Toyota to see if there was any way they could help get me out of my bad lease and into the vehicle I had originally wanted. They were quick to respond and gave me honest information. Unfortunately, I am stuck with my vehicle for another year or so but I am really looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Falmouth Toyota! Based on communications I have had with them about my situation, I am confident that I will be well taken care of. We look forward to visiting them soon for a car for my teenage daughter and then for me when my lease is up!!

My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

I have been very happy with my interactions with Copeland Subaru in Hyannis. They are responsive and professional. They have met my needs on several occasions and I will continue taking my two Subaru’s there as needed.
