My wife and I are in our mid 70s, and this is only the second time we have purchased a new car. We were treated with respect. We knew what new car we wanted, and John Neal, in a most professional, friendly, knowledgable and courteous manner, shepherded us through the buying process. He listened to our needs and fully answered all our questions. He asserted no pressure. We preordered our car, and when it came time for delivery, he spent well over 3 hours with us, most genuinely patient, describing the multitude of vehicle options and warranties. We also had a very positive experience with Max when it came to signing all the paper work. He was very friendly and organized and willingly answered our minutia filled questions. He gave us the time we needed to be comfortable with all the paper work. We were very pleasantly surprised in the amount of our trade-in.

Car was in person like at the pictures even better car fax was provided so i was comfortable with my purchase beside the decent price i pay for it i got a really good Deal and we are happy with my purchase .

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

AWESOME Team!! Service to Sales. On our trip to Mt Baker with the entire family loaded for a full day on the mountain, our 2021 GMC Yukon XL AT4 broke down on i5. Blade Chevrolet was the closest dealership to us. We snagged an Enterprise rental from down the street and left our GMC at Blade Chevy for repairs, this would be our first experience here, and will not be our last. As a former Service Director in Retail I was had the pleasure of working with Jason, Certified Service Advisor. Jason and his team of advisors and technicans were knowledgable, polished, guest focused, while ensuring the highest level of care was provided. We had our truck back in our hands by. This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

Just bought a new Tucson hybrid here. Folks at Kirkland Hyundai were great to work with. Good selection on the lot. Sales person Zishan was really straitforward and polite to work with. He was not at all pushy (like at some places) and didnt play any games. Was willing to work on price and the overall experience was good. Would definitly reccomend.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

Overall a good experience for getting my BMW oil change and vehicle check. about 1.5 hours total for the appointment which is not bad. Anthony was great getting me setup and checking in regularly. video of inspection was good quality and informative.

Owned the car for over 3 years now and still love driving it. Comfortable and fast. I look for excuses to go for a drive and it puts a smile on my face. My wife calls it an amusement park ride.

While my 2014 Accord has but 78000 miles on it, it has been showing its 10+ years of age. Power train is fine, but brakes recently showed alarming tendency to seize (corrosion). More recently, I hear either a wheel bearing or CV joint starting to fail in the front end. Also the original starter motor failed at ~40000 miles requiring its replacement. This was not unique to my Accord. I have owned 3 Accords. This 2014 has been the most troublesome. Has Honda's quality control in general been slipping? This Accord would seem to make me believe it has.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

I want to appreciate the Toyota Lake City team as a whole. The outstanding hospitality I received yesterday from Max as he walked with me step by step towards making the right choice and purchasing of my Corolla Cross, not to forget Shay Wilson who with much love made it happen. My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.
