I drove over to VA from Minnesota to check out a great deal on a bmw 325xi they had on their lot. Bob was great to deal with, went the extra to make it a smooth purchase. Nice little town and great place to visit.

I've had my 2008 Ford Taurus X since new. Other than regular maintenance and tire replacements, I've had no other issues. It runs and looks as good as the day I bought it. It now has 177,000 miles on it.

Great business and great guys to work with! I purchased an older model Honda Accord from them as I needed a car to just get me through for about a year. It's going on three years now, and it's still running great, with just keeping up with basic maintenance. I think it's more than fair to say that they have safe and reliable vehicles on their lot. There are no pushy sales tactics at all, zero! After spending weeks of used car searching in the Northern VA area and beyond, I realized I could have prevented all of that running around by just going here first, and a couple miles from my house. Highly recommend!

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

I purchased a 2002 Nissan Altima from this dealership on November 9th, and the overall experience was nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY! EXCELLENCE: The service was out of this world. I inquired via email about the car through Cars.com and Mike responded within 24 hours informing me that the car was still available. I then proceeded to submit a credit application in which he processed and told me the results within a few hours. In just two short days, I was at the dealership with all my paperwork ready to drive it off the lot. The experience while physically at the dealership was great as well. The paperwork took no longer than 30-45 minutes to complete, and everything was laid out in its entirety. Also, the conversation we had with Lewis in the waiting area was genuine and even amusing (he even offered me the breakfast right off his own plate before he took a bite). Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

2016 civic transmission failure! Thought it may be covered by warranty, but no! Loss of this cost too much and disappointment to say the least!!!

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

Absolutely love my Tesla. So much so we bought a 2nd one for the family. Smooth drive and zero maintenances in two years. Frequent software updates means I got new features long after purchase. Though I do suggest avoiding FSD. That's vaporware and will not be released in the lifetime of vehicles sold today.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Lou was very friendly. Seems to be an all around great, honest guy. My decision to purchase the vehicle was a breeze, as he didn't have to do much selling. I did most of my research prior to the test drive and purchase. The wait for the others involved in the process was a bit unnerving. I'm used to everything - test drive, paperwork - being no more than 1 1/2 hour. I had my own financing so wasn't sure why it took so long to "check out". This dealership was a lot longer, but all in all not too bad.
