1995 Cadillac Seville review
I purchased my 95 Seville SLS from an older couple for $800 with a bad water pump. $1,000 later I was turning heads with new plates on my Caddy, purring down the road. I was skeptical of the Northstar engine and overall reliability of Cadillac as I purchased a 1986 with the 4.1L engine and was highly disappointed to say the least.....worst engine ever!! I knew overheating would be a problem so I did research on the Northstar; use high quality parts and fluids (especially coolant and oil), use failsafe thermostats and make sure the engine fan works. Just keep up on maintenance to prevent any overheating by having your mechanic inspect it every 5k. Even an average mechanic can work on a 1995.......the Northstar has proven worthy as am from Oregon and have driven to California twice to car shows with no issues but I won't anymore, it's too old and a classic. These cars are still head turners after 25 years and the Northstar still outperforms most engines with it's combination of power and economy. If I drive lightly in the city I get 22mpg, 28 on the highway using cruise. If you have a nice engine keep it tuned and supplement with additives and this car will keep a smile on your face. Single guys women love Caddys!! Get you one.

2009 Saturn Aura review
I purchased an aura xr v6, 2009 with 65,000 miles. it is the top one, including some wireless headphones, dual Chrome exhaust with 6 speed auto with steering shifters and great sound system. this car is a joy to ride and it is well mantained, the parts are really cheap because it shares platforms with malibu/g6/impala, shocks, brakes, body, etc. it runs AMAZINGLY, doesn't save gas but for the power is a nice trade willing to make. It looks better than bmw serie 3 of those years by far and runs faster. the only bad thing is that the car is limited to 115 mph, the competition the top is after 140mph. just that's it. excellent ride

2003 Toyota Camry review

2004 Buick LeSabre review
I currently own two of these vehicles; each has over 200,000 miles, and gets the original mileage specs (29mpg highway). A reliable and workhorse car. I had another with 313000 miles that was hit by a truck on the highway - SAD!! They tend to rust (we are in the midwest with a lot of snow and rain, so what do you expect? ). Replaced tires once on each vehicle. Last year. we drove 18000 miles with one, driving all over the US; went to Alaska once with no problems

2007 Lexus ES 350 review
Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

2003 Audi A4 review
This car is fun to drive! I had always wanted a convertible so for my 65th birthday I got one. Coming back from the DMV on the interstate, running about 75 miles an hour with the Bose stereo turned up loud I commented to my husband that I felt like I was 18 years old all over again. Tight legroom in back seat but designed more as a 2 seater. Dash looks like the cockpit of a plane. Real solid and heavy car compared to todays cars. Comfortable size and comfortable ride.

1999 Honda Accord review
I am the second owner of this vehicle going on 26 years old. It has 217,000 miles and is still running strong. I am a stickler about regular maintenance. What I do regret is I goofed up and neglected to change the transmission fluid over 100 K miles.Got a code PO 740 and man said that is death knell code for the transmission. But tranny behavior is much improved. and this week I’m going to drain and fill transmission fluid for a third time. I don’t wanna lose my Honda, honey!

2004 Honda Accord review
I have owned a honda accord since 1989. I still own my 2004 V6 coupe it's still very reliable, it's my back up car. I own a 2018 accord too. My 1989 accord lasted 360,000 miles before I got a 2000 accord. Great cars. The body needs painting from CA sun ruining it after 20 years but it will cost too much to repaint! But I still drive it!

2000 Honda Accord review
This is the first Honda I have owned and I absolutely love my car. I've always like to looks of the 6th gens and got mine for a smoken price from my co-worker. This car is super easy to work on. Especially with all of the videos that are out there. I've done all kinds of upgrades to it and parts are pretty reasonable. I just did a motor swap on it. It only had 369,000 +/- miles and it still has the original automatic transmission. Infact, most of if not all the parts I have replace where original. What an amazing car.

2006 Cadillac CTS review
I have the small 2.8 liter V6 with only 210 HP, rear wheel drive and the 6 speed manual transmission very rare with this engine. It burns oil, not a big deal, so check your oil often. The body is strong and built like a tank. I don't recommend this car for people who aren't mechanically inclined and don't have a garage to do their own repairs. This car is fun to drive and handles great, it sticks to the road, so it doesn't really need the traction control with the small V6, and only 210 HP and it's heavy so you will probably lose 90% of drag races. I love the black interior, and the big gauges, it's easy to drive, and I enjoy driving it because it's rear wheel drive. Nothing more fun to drive then a rear wheel drive vehicle with a manual transmission.

2016 Hyundai SONATA review
This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

2015 Chevrolet Malibu review
This car continues to serve me well. Always been a comfortable ride. People will always remark in it the first time they get in. Interior is very comfortable though you’d like a little more leg and elbow room given the mid-size frame. Trim is somewhat cheap: chrome peels off door latches, leatherette cracks, the plastic housing for the seat controls is cracked and hanging off on both sides. Does not impact function. Good luck getting up to those EPA fuel economy numbers (you can’t). The Bose system in the upgraded trims is awesome. Only engine issues I have dealt with are the oil sending unit solenoids. That brings me to the EcoTEC 2.5L. Get into some mechanic or recall/lawsuit forums for the full details, but there is a oil consumption issue that kicks in between 60-80k miles. You will need a quart of the spec’d 0w20 dexos oil every 500-1000 miles depending on variables. I keep oil in my trunk and check every tank fill. Seriously. While this hasn’t impacted my daily drive at all, there is a feeling of driving a ticking time bomb should the oil PCV ever fail completely. Recently started using dexos 5w30 to combat this issue, but for long enough to give any definitive review. It does “feel” like the engine moves with less friction, but who knows. Overall, no complaints with the value I’ve gotten for over a decade. It has survived ND better than most. Would upgrade to the Impala with V6 if I did it all over again.

2012 Chevrolet Cruze review
The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

2013 Ford Taurus review
2013 Taurus bought with 18,000 as a "dealer car". Now has 220,000 miles and have replaced nothing but shocks, brakes, battery, wipers, tires. Original alternator, water pump, air cond, steering, trans, engine - NO major expenses whatever.. Would run over 10,000+ miles with no need to add oil if you chose to do such a thing. Starts, runs, drives extremely well. Wife isn't scared to drive on 200 mile trips alone. Suspension is a little loose but what do you expect! This car has provided , and continues to provide outstanding performance.

2011 Kia Forte review
I bought my 2011 Kia Forte in December 2013 as a CPO with 13,000 miles on it. During my ownership, because I have a long-distance commute (60 miles each way, 5 days a week), I put 170,000 miles on the vehicle over almost 6 years. The vehicle performed flawlessly throughout. I only replaced the Forte in 2019 because I had the opportunity to buy an electric vehicle, which I had had in mind to do for several years (also a Kia, a Niro EV EX, which is also performing flawlessly). The style/design of the 2011 Forte is attractive, it has many great features and amenities -- a lot of car for the money. I was happy to give the 2011 Forte a loving home with my longtime best friend who needed a really good car -- her aging "clunker junker" had just broken down terminally.

2012 Honda Civic review
Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

2011 Volkswagen Jetta review
Great car. It had an after market receiver that was no good. I told them it was a deal breaker and they bought a good one for it, installed it and the back up camera I bought since my baby will need it. Very nice and excellent fuel mileage.
