We were looking for a 2021 Honda Accord Touring and were able to find three for sale at Ocean Honda. Unfortunately, by the time we scheduled a trip to Santa Cruz only one car was left. We had received Emails from both Robert Estrada and Michael Livanos from Internet sales and we went down to visit their dealership. Years ago when they were in Capitola I received excellent service on an older Honda Accord which they fixed stating it was still under warranty. I was quite surprised that my Wife and I weren’t stormed by Sales People when we pulled up. We were able to walk around the lot without anyone coming out and starting a sales pitch. When we went in and asked to speak to Mr. Livanos who advised us that that last Touring car was sold, but he spent a couple of hours with us in looking at cars. Prior to leaving we had obtained a value on our trade in and had ordered a car. All the Staff were very helpful in assisting us during our visit. Plenty of parking and the Dealership was well laid out and clean.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. I’m extremely satisfied with this dealership, both sales and service. I bought my 2017 Elantra here and have driven from Watsonville for every maintenance and every Auto Butler. Every person I have had contact with has been very polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. From warranty repair, to extending my prepaid maintenance contract, to rubbing out water spots (going the extra mile), to explaining techy things that I didn’t fully understand, I have only great things to say about Capitol Hyundai. I highly recommend this place and will continue to go there for service. The service and the staff there are the best!

After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

I 1000% recommend Capital Chevy. Sam who helped me every step of the way to make sure we were happy and to have a vehicle that would best fit our needs. I Love my honda just wish the seats would go higher they seam to sit very low, the passenger mirrow gets in the way for me im a shorty but other than that it’s amazing im a Honda person….

I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

What began as a regular day in which you try to find a car that meets expectations of not being expensive, being efficient and looking good, it seemed that it would be just another visit to another dealership, but despite being a little late and being a cold day, we decided to stop to visit the last opportunity of the day. I love my elantra. I haven't hardly had any problems with it at all. However I also experienced the paint chipping on my white hyundai. I was also told that it was a rock. Now reading others comments about their paint shipping I question it. I paid out of pocket because it wasn't worth going through insurance with deductible and everything. Other than that I have had absolutely no problem with my Hyundai. I also like the look of it on the outside. I thought about trading for a newer one but I also don't like the styles of the new ones. I wish they still made them like the 2016 exterior. I would love to have a newer one but I would like for it to look like the 2016 hyundai. The reason for that is you could look at the car and see it was a Hyundai elantra. Now I feel like the new launchers look like every other car on the road.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

WOW, this was absolutely the best experience ever. I picked a car out online. Got pre-qualified. Got a call in 5 minutes, got completely approved in minutes. And a rate that surprised me bigtime. Thet scheduled me an appointment for yest drive. It was waiting for me. Gavin, Jennifer, and Nicole were awesome. Made me feel special. I saw other customers also being treated amazing. 2 Years in and no looking back. If you have a driveway and can install a charger, it is an even better experience to bypass gas stations completely.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

From the initial contact in the evening to driving home in a new car before noon the following day. Cody Elemen was great, ( laid back, no pressure and efficient). He got everything squared away on his end before i got there so i could just sign the needed documents and be on my way, wasn't even at the dealership 2hrs total (included test driving the car, running a credit check, securing financing, signing paperwork). They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had. This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.
