I was in need of a new vehicle after an accident. Having previously purchased two cars from Sussex Honda, I naturally headed there for a third. Gary greeted me with a smile and we chatted for a while. He showed concern about me, the accident, and my current needs and preferences. He accompanied me on a test drive in a new CR-V hybrid which I ultimately purchased. Gary was knowledgable, personable, patient in his explanations, and encouraged me to stop in for any questions that I might have. I am very pleased with my overall experience including the short amount of time it took to complete the financial process with Chris.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

Great Job by Brian the manager in Service who came out to talk to me about the safety of my 2014 Honda Accord, his department btaking care my two Honda Cars, this time he call me in to talkon the 100,000 mile service I needed, and he advised with honesty and care. This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

I initially went on cargarus to look for another used vehicle; Shane was the 1st person from many dealerships I was looking through from many different vehicles. The car I test drove was great though my credit wasn't that great nor did I have a co-signer. What he did though was contacted me immediately when he had a vehicle around price range, asked my thoughts & most importantly spoke to bank as my down payment was low and gave me a decent price for my trade-in amongst many more other benefits. I had never had anyone work with me rather against when it came to buying a car as much as he did and boss.. I will def keep going back in future, overall I am a happy customer & when it comes to service on vehicle you definitely don't feel like your being robbed. This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

The owner of this dealership was very honest, patient and helpful. I recently purchased a vehicle here. The vehicle runs well and was a good price. After my purchase the owner was kind enough to drive me over to the registration office (after his business hours) as I did not have a car. During the course of the vehicle transaction and registration process I spent several hours with the owner and he is a genuinely nice guy. The owner certainly went above and beyond the call of normal customer service in my circumstance which is the inspiration for this review.

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

I never felt pressure to just buy something. I never felt obligated to accept something I didn't love. He worked very hard to get something we could afford. The sales manager, Nate, did everything he could for us as well. We left with a 2021 Nissan Rogue and we love the car and we're happy with the deal.

Great car, bought brand new at 13 miles,, just hit 100k miles with absolutely no issues whatsoever and to me it still drives and sounds as good as it did when I bought it off the lot, I do oil changes every 3-4k miles, definitely would recommend!! Love this car
