First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

Awesome car . I’m having some transmission slipping ..major red flag .. but I’m so happy with the overall performance otherwise since I’ve owned other many other problems when they were high mileage . I’d buy a Nissan Sentra again if I could afford it . Older lady .. wishing I could get my Transmission to not be sluggish in 1st gear !!!! Transmission sticking !!

Got the best deal I've ever made on a car - a 2010 BMW 328 xdrive sport wagon with 20,000 miles for $20,000. GQ was great - I bought the car sight unseen and it's a creampuff. I stopped on my way to a conference and they had everything ready for me in an hour. Really beautiful cars here.

Great driving comfort,loaded with features. Safety is definitely a priority with the MB engineering . I have leased a total of 4 Mercedes and totally satisfied with every single one.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I have had two W124 models, (1989 an 1995) The 1995 (currently own) has just about 300K miles and is solid and a trooper ( even at over 80mph on hwy) daily driver, reliable, has full power -lots of torque and handles beautifully. No major issues, I also have the same model in a 2004 version and, hands down, the 1995 version is superior in all ways. The only downside to owning these older cars is that parts and mechanics for regular maintenance are also becoming rare.

It's a basic setup offering quality late-model, gently-used cars that have been maintained according to spec and have undergone an independent pre-sale inspection. The reasons to shop see are: 1) Very Good used cars. 2) Competitive Prices. 3) Excellent Service from Darry Race. 4) 12 month powertrain warranty. 5) Complimentary full tank of gas. Cars listed on their website sell quickly so it's best to visit in person with cash in hand or financing pre-arranged. The 2014 Mazda2 that I bought had new front tires and the rear tires have at least 90% of tread remaining. Everything works, no leaks, clear coat is intact and I'm happy.

Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

The sale rep that I dealt with got a little snippy a few times within the transaction ,as I was unsure of my next move. Also said something that was somewhat sexist and I reconsidered again, but I loved the car,the price, and the mileage that was on it, so I proceeded with the sale. If I had to go there again, I would probably ask that person to realize that MY money was being spent here,and that patience should always be a virtue. I really truly think that someone else was looking at the particular car that I liked, and the sales person figured that if I didn't buy it, the other person would,and the sales rep became a few shades colder at that point. The other staff members were very courteous and kind, not pushy or overzealous with their sales persona.

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing! What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car! Ken was extremely responsive, genial, and honestly excited about the prospect of getting me in this car!! He bucked the "used car salesman" trope from the first conversation. After getting off that first call, I turned to my boyfriend and said, "I found my car!!" Ken made the process SO simple. From start to finish, it went smoothly. I really didn't think it would go off without a hitch, but it was great! We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, which was awesome, considering our flight was 90 min late. Ken met us right away, and my car had a big red bow on it. What every girl dreams of, lol! The finance department was able to get me an amazing interest rate, which was 16% lower than I was going to get with that horrid vending machine company! I wish I could remember the finance gentleman's name, but I'm blanking! He also made the process very smooth. In summary, I am now an Audi convert for life. When I am in the market for a new one, there is absolutely no possibility that I would go anywhere other than Richmond Audi! Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Wasn't too ecstatic about the sales person that helped me. There were times that he clearly became irritated with me,after proclaiming TWICE that there was a strict "no hassle" policy at Hertz. I love my new car, but the salesmans' attitude was quite unnerving. He even had a few sexist remarks to spew at me while I was test driving the car! Work on those salesman skills sir....

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

I Love my honda just wish the seats would go higher they seam to sit very low, the passenger mirrow gets in the way for me im a shorty but other than that it’s amazing im a Honda person….

It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛
