Dealer was able to locate the exact model 2017 RAM Big Horn truck and got it in just one day. It was ready on time, with added NAV (now a dealer install) and we were out there in one hour. We emailed a few documents at their suggestion, which helped the process. All went smoothly with no surprises. General Manager stepped in to help early in process.

This was by far one of the best buying experiences i have ever had, there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision that i would not have been happy with. John even let me take another ride before we started paperwork- John Barber went above to make sure I was making the right decision for me.

Not pushy, yet knowledable. Helpful. Pleasant experience. After my visit they followed up and again were not pushy while providing the additional information I had asked for.

I went to Tri City to replace a car I had for 23 years. I had the best experience with them. I had contacted several orther dealers in the area, and none of them got back to me during the week that I had to shop for a replacement. All of the people at Tri City were very professional, and available to help me. They were very honest and transparent with me. I returned a couple of times with questions, and they were positive about everything and they were completely supportive of my taking the 2007 Prius I was purchasing to my trusted mechanic of 20 years who checked it out completely and gave my choice a thumbs up. I enjoyed working with Tri City's staff. and I was very happy that my grandson suggested going there. He got a good deal and excellent service there also.

Extremely good honest team of people to work with. Would recommend for your next used car. They were super to deal with when a warranty issue arose also. If you actually LIKE high pressure & sneaky tactics this is NOT the place to go :-) My only regret is not having learned of these folks sooner when I was purchasing cars for my daughters. Tri-City you have truly earned a repeat customer !

I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from Zac Schultz at Holiday Budget Center, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Had my 2008 Dodge Dakota in for new tires. Steve in the service department informed me that I needed to have my truck inspected to continue the lifetime engine and drive train warranty. As it turned out several items that needed repair were found and I was able to have them repaired under warranty. I've dealt with Steve for over 10 years. He has always treated me fair and has saved me from paying for repairs that were covered by warranty. He is a credit to the dealership and is a perfect example of why it is best to have your vehicle serviced at an authorized dealer. I've saved money in the long run by doing so. Thank you Steve!!!!

He was never pushy, he listened to what we needed/wanted and answered all of our questions. (He was also funny) 😄 Chris followed up this morning with us as he said he would. We went to Boyle Auto based on their stellar reviews and we were impressed beyond measure. Mike and Jeff were the consummate professionals who took care of us from step one. Everything we experienced was as advertised and more. They gave us a very fair trade-in for our Jeep.
