As you can see from my star ratings, my experience with this dealer was enjoyable and seamless. I had not purchased a new vehicle since 2002, so I had many questions. My sales rep, Dave, answered them all and more. He was super informative on every aspect. I'm very pleased that I went there.

James the service manager to address a couple minor issues, him and his team were great to quickly address my concerns. Vehicle was in at 8:30am and out around 4pm, even got a car wash. This would be my 2nd car I bought from Baxter VW, after my first car had been totaled. I got in touch with Luke Andrew, who was very friendly and knowledgeable on the GTIs and helped me find what I wanted in less than a week. A few weeks after taking home my new car, he sent me a thank you card talking about how much he loved the GTIs and that he hopes I was enjoying it.
