My 2022 Maxima got totalled and I was heartbroken. Not only did CDJR Utica have the exact same make, model, and color but I even got it with less mile. Rich was a good salesman to work with and easygoing. He offered good advice and we made a decent deal. However, the 2025 Ford Ranger I purchased appears to have a factory issue with all of the doors, especially front doors. You have to SLAM them hard to close them, and they seem to be misaligned with the hinges or something because they seem to ?drop? like an eight of an inch when you open them. Something isn?t right and a service appointment has been scheduled for me to have them look. Not happy with that.

I bought a used truck from Bravo Auto Sales. The Sales department was very helpful with the financing and they did all the paperwork for me. The service department went thru the truck from top to bottom.

The service department has been fantastic. I bought my car in 2009 and have never had any complaints or concerns. Any correspondence and work performed on my vehicle has been professional and completed in a timely manner.

They were super friendly and easy to deal with(not high pressure). I've recommended other friends to check them out, they have and have been very happy with their purchases as well. Vehicles are very reasonably priced and in good shape.

This was the first time that I made an out of state vehicle purchase through the internet, Cars.com. Mastrovito sales and financial personnel made the purchase of our used Hyundai Santa Fe Plug in Hybrid as seemless as our hometown dealership. They handled all the out of state paperwork and sales taxes easy for us to title the car in our home state of Indiana.
