I dealt a little with Joe and then majority with Mark and I highly recommend either of them or anyone here. Mark was upfront and honest the whole time and did the best he could on getting me an excellent deal and watching out for me.

This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
It was a great car-buying experience! I received timely responses and great customer service from my salesman, Bill. The negotiating process was laid-back and the paperwork process in the finance department was quick and easy too. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family!!

This car is beautiful and has all the power I need (I have the V-8). This car is so much fun to drive! It is a muscle car that looks like a luxury sedan on the inside with all the extras like heated leather seats, heated steering wheel, and the 8.4 inch screen along with a large trunk so that it is a great trip car too. Every time I get into this car I can't believe it's mine. I would have to spend about twice what this car cost me to get anything that would even be comparable. If you are thinking about getting a Challenger go for it!
We arrived at Dwayne Lane's North Cascade Ford to look at a Mustang. What seemed like moments later we were happily approved and preparing to take our new car home. Jared Burton made the process easy and enjoyable.

This truck met all my needs and then some. It is a true work truck but has the luxury of a high end sedan. the ride is stiff as stated but you are in a F-350 so its expected. ride is very quiet. great connectivity and comfort amenities.
Dwayne Lane's dealership in Sedro-Woolley has always provided us with exceptional service. However, with this being said it has always been Mark Johnson who has taken the dealerships exceptional service to an above average experience. Only owned for 2 months so far. Only complaint so far is that the language on the dash changed to Italian on its own. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with this Jeep. Changed it back easily enough but hope not to have this happen often.
This experience as a first time buyer has been great! Mark Johnson has been so very helpful and accommodating. I felt very much at ease during the entire process - many pleasant encounters...end result I have my "dream truck" and couldn't be happier!

The lariat edition is a great value of features and comfort for the price. It is well equipped at the same cost of other competitive manufacturers including GM, Dodge and Toyota. The truck rides well almost like a luxury sedan but offers appealing performance and features to get you off road or to tow that heavy load.
Between myself and friend/family I have purchased/helped purchase vehicles from multiple dealerships. Zack at North Cascade has by far been the best and most comfortable experience I've had. I will definitely recommend.

This is my first truck. I was been looking around quite a bit of time, tested a few different brand name and finally bought this Tacoma.
I came to the dealership knowing I wanted an electric vehicle of some kind but with limited knowledge Dax was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right car for us. The dealership made the sale go smoothly which is a rarity in my experience. We are very happy overall with the whole operation.

Controls difficult to access. Very poor visibility. Great gas mileage and then the brakes failed and I was almost killed. Stay away from this model Honda which is usually reliable.
I also had issues with their service department.
We was very pleased with the attention we received from the salesman and staff at Sims Honda in Burlington WA. We are getting compliments about our car.

A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
Went in looking for a used Escape. Jack was great, honest and very personable without being pushy. He was also very patient with me while allowing me to drive several different vehicles before deciding on the Escape. Also, this is my second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. Very happy.
2nd Ford Flex! I hope they never stop making them

Great vehicle. Great ride and a great value compared to other SUV’s. This is our 2nd Flex and we love them! We looked at other SUV’s but kept coming back to the Flex. I honestly don’t know why anyone would buy anything thing else!!
We were recommended to them to sell our car, it was a hard call for them as not what they usually stock,BUT they took the time to figure it out and finally came up with a purchase solution we were 110% happy with.
There service and courtesy is second to nune, whilst there we had the time to look around the dealership, some great history hanging on the walls, the oldest Ford dealers in the US, and you can tell why.
Ask for Nancy she is very knowledgeable and super efficient without being pushy - she may introduce you to the owner Mike who is 100% hand on the business.
All in all just nice folks to do business with, we will definitely be buying our next car from them.

This truck came equipped with everything I thought I would have to add after purchase. Very comfortable for me at 6ft 4in and my wife at 5ft 1in.
I had a check engine light coming on with nothing wrong with the car that I could figure out. I was going on a trip out of town the next day and wanted the car checked out before I left. Service had a full schedule but nevertheless fit me in the right away. The usual great service.
8 years of awesome service.

This has been a great truck. The 6 liter power stroke has be nothing less than awesome. I did require a few aftermarket upgrades. But nothing too serious. Pulls and hauls with great ease. Very comfortable on long trips. Fun to drive. I do wish it had some modern tech in it. But it doesn’t need it to preform the job I have it for. I have added some tech that does what the new stuff does. It just don’t work from the steering controls. I think I can live. All I can say is. I’ve had it for 8 years and I still enjoy it just as much as the day I bought it. Best of all. No DEF fluid and regeneration cycle. Love it love it. Love it!!!
A first class service department. I bought the car (2005 500)at Diehl and have had virtually all service done there.

We drove the subaru impress sport 2012 off ken Fowlers lot new. Not 3 months later is when problems started we have had struts leak,gaskets blow,6 months in the engine needed to be removed from vehicle due to a massive oil leak. Keep extra oil on hand as oil needs to be added between oil changes, our car just missed cut off for the recall due to this oil problem so you may qualify for free oil changes you should look into that. Our air bag is coming out of the steering wheel which subaru told me they will not fix YOU HAVE TO SERVICE THE AIR BAGS ONCE A YEAR. It's pricy!! My transmission is horrible I lack power randomly, I've had electrical issues somedays i have lights sometimes not sometimes the dash will flash all the warning lights sometimes i have 0 lights in the car at all, it blows out all my driving lights on car so prepare to replace headlights and break lights often. Windows roll down randomly and iv been locked in...YES FOKES IV BEEN LOCKED INSIDE OF MY CAR !!! electical problems DO NOT show when running a diagnosis on the car ken fowler MY DEALER says IF i can't see THE PROBLEM nothing is wrong. SOO You may have to handle electical issues yourself. The car has tire sensors that stop shifting if you run over anything and need a patch on 1 of your new 800.00 set of tires you will need a new set of tires or if you decide to patch the new tire you'll be driving with a screw driver in your emergency shift button. Classy! The car doesn't hold an alignment so your tires wear quick. So if you are buying for the safety and reliability of subaru. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND DOING YOUR RESEARCH.!!!!(with your insurance too) I wouldn't recommend subaru to anybody. I never thought I would have to dump so much money into a new car. your just buying the name not the quality they were once known for.
Very pleasant experience working with Morocco and the Honda dealership. Would buy another car from them. Morocco is great to work with and makes car buying very pleasant.

This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.
This is my first time to purchase a vehicle from Diehl Ford. I was made to feel very at ease during the entire process. After we received our ne w F-150 our salesman spent time with us to make sure we were please and understood the new technology of the truck. He seemed as excited and pleased as we were. I have already spoken highly of the experience to my family and neighbors, and encouraged them to visit Diehl, should they find themselves in the market for a new vehicle.

Is a great sized SUV. Bigger than the compact suvs, but not a monster. Gets great gas mileage, handles well, easy to park and maneuver. Wonderful for a family with a dog, plenty of cargo room for luggage and out 70lb dog. Look forward to having this Edge for years.
